Thank you for your feedback, and we’re truly sorry to hear you were disappointed with the delivery timing. We completely understand how frustrating it is when something arrives later than you expected.

Just to explain, our 'Express 1–2 Business Days' service works from the next working day. This means that any orders placed over the weekend are processed on Monday, with delivery following in 1–2 working days. We’re sorry if this wasn’t made clear at checkout, we’ll review our wording to avoid future confusion.

We always aim to get orders to our customers as quickly as possible, and we’ll take your comments on board to improve both our communication and service. If there’s anything else we can help with, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re truly sorry to hear about your experience.

We understand how frustrating it can be to order the wrong shade, especially when the product hasn’t been opened, and we’re very sorry we weren’t able to offer a return in this case.

Due to the extensive colour palettes offered by designer paint brands, including Zoffany, all paints are mixed to order. This is standard practice across the industry and means the products are classed as bespoke, which unfortunately makes them non-returnable once mixed.

We do our absolute best to communicate this clearly by including our returns policy on every product page and throughout the website, but we’re sorry to hear this wasn’t clear during your ordering process. We will take your comments on board as we continually work to improve clarity and the customer experience.

Once again, we’re extremely sorry for the disappointment caused, and we do appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.

We’d like to clarify that Fired Earth paints are shipped directly by the brand and not mixed or dispatched from our store, which unfortunately limits the control we have over the shipping and fulfillment process. That said, we absolutely understand how important timely delivery is, especially for contractors or projects working to a schedule and we’re sorry this delay has caused inconvenience.

We do our best to keep customers updated as soon as we receive any information from the supplier, and we’re sorry that our communication did not meet your expectations on this occasion. Your experience clearly fell short of the service we aim to provide, and for that, we sincerely apologise.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're genuinely sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience, and we understand how frustrating this situation must have been.

We do our best to inform all customers that colours can vary depending on screen settings, lighting conditions, and the surface the paint is applied to. Because of this, we always recommend using a physical colour card or ordering a sample pot before committing to a full tin, especially for exact colour matching.

In this case, the paint was mixed according to the official Dulux colour formulation. As a stockist, we follow the manufacturer’s specifications to ensure consistency and accuracy. When customers raise concerns, we take them seriously and do report them back to the relevant brand for review. However, since the mix was verified as accurate by Dulux’s standard, we were regrettably unable to offer a replacement or refund.

We are sorry this wasn’t the outcome you had hoped for. Your feedback is valued, and we’re always looking to improve our service. If you have any further questions, we’d be happy to speak with you directly.

We do our very best to ensure our customers are aware that paints from designer brands such as Little Greene are mixed to order. This is due to the vast range of colours available, and it's standard practice across the industry. These bespoke-mixed paints are not pre-mixed or held in stock, which is why they are classed as customised items.

Because of this, and in line with Little Greene’s own policy, these products are non-returnable. We aim to make this clear by displaying our returns policy on every page of our website to help ensure customers have all the information they need before making a purchase.

We appreciate your concern and are sorry that our policy has caused frustration. We’re always looking for ways to improve communication and customer experience, and your feedback is valuable in that process.
