CHAPUTS Opiniones

Overall a very good experience, very responsive, professional and uncomplicated.
I ordered 2 samples, they arrived on time.
The communication was very direct and quick in response.
The only thing was, that I ordered another sample that has not arrived and I didn't know what happened to it. (But I also haven't payed for it yet, so there was not a financial loss about it, except for the money I gave to the hotel, to ship it back, in case it would arrive after my departure, but that is no big deal, since it was within Turkey. It would have just been good to see and get a picture about that type of item.)

I was after a wholesale order for my small store in Australia. I was attracted to the variety and style of the peshtemals and Bilgehan was very responsive, helpful and easy to deal with. My order arrived quickly and I'm really happy with the quality - and so are my customers!

Ordering wholesale peshtemal and handmade bathrobes from Chaputs was one of my best business decisions! The quality of the products is really outstanding. The peshtemals are both lightweight and very elegant, with different colour and pattern options, which have won the appreciation of my customers. They are the perfect choice for the beach and pool, especially in summer.

Handmade bathrobes are a real eye-catcher! I have seen a big increase in our sales thanks to its quality and design. My customers like these products very much and often state that they want to order again. It feels great to provide convenience and comfort at every stage of their work.

The professionalism of the Chaputs team is also admirable. I would like to thank them for their interest and support when placing a wholesale order. The timely delivery of my order and the careful packaging of each product was a big plus for me.

I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to buy wholesale! Chaputs offers quality products and excellent customer service.

We have been in the textile import business for over 15 years and can say that Chaputs is an excellent company to work with. They understand the needs and specifications of the individual brands that they work with, have great quality end product, and are a delight to interact with.
