The diffuser with the light, looks lovely. Unfortunately, mine stopped working after about a week. I thought i'd maybe over-filled the bulb, so I ordered a replacement. It arrived after a couple of weeks, and didn't work at all. Also, the light turns off randomly.
I used the manufacturer's online chat, to ask for guidance. After following their suggestions to no avail, the agent said someone would email me with possible solutions withing the next 2 days. That was over a week ago.
For the extremely short time it worked, it was excellent. However, I now have a new, expensive and rather useless paperweight. Based on my experience, I would avoid purchasing this.

Update. This was taken up by a delightful and extremely helpful lady called Emma. After many apologies and talking me through some fixes, which sadly didn't work, Emma has organised a replacement for the whole thing. She was super efficient and responded quickly. I can't thank her enough. The Midnight Voyage 24 oil has the most wonderful scent.
My review now, after Emma took up the case, couldn't be less than 5 stars.

This is a beautiful product, and the scents are amazing! Not your regular diffuser, and Customer service was spectacular!

The diffusers are gorgeous and the there are a lot of different oils to choose from. I had a problem with my diffuser and they were really helpful with a replacement.

Bought a few of these for Christmas last year. My wife absolutely loves it! The design, the fragrances, the simplicity are all top notch! Ended up buying some refills a few months later and will probably be adding more of these to the gift-giving idea list going forward. Makes a great gift for a loved one or a house warming present!

Beautiful product, the fragrances are lovely especially santal. Uses little oil to scent a whole room.
Good customer service which was quick and very helpful.

I love these diffusers. After gifting one to a friend I had to buy one for myself, they not only deliver a gentle diffusion of scent, they are beautiful objects to have in your home.

Beautiful pieces and amazing smells to choose from. I almost ordered all the scents they have to offer! And for reference I have purchased the plug in diffuser, the rechargeable diffuser and the mini with engraving on it! So far I’m very pleased with their products.

The diffuser is working perfectly (more than a year) and the oils are very good!
Recently I had a problem with the delivery. One item arrived broken. The customer care is exactly that. They care about us and the replacement was very fast and I felt they are really concern when something goes wrong. I recommend because my experience so far was really good in all possible ways.

You know when you walk into a fancy hotel and your nose is hit with the most sensual smell and it makes you swoon with deliciousness? That is Charabancaroma! I religiously purchase No. 29, 6 bottles at a time because when I walk into my house, that aroma fills the space and brings me peace and that "vacation like" feeling. I even have my son hooked on it! I love the scents that Charabancaroma has and look forward to continuing my "scent" journey :)

Well what can I say Charabanc Aroma!
The customer service is amazing I had a probably with my device and they were absolutely amazing . I was gutted when the problem occured and they couldn't help enough , the scents are incredible, I have santak 29 midnight voyage winds of Darjeeling and citrus , all of them are amazing . I can't wait to get some more scents from them , fills the room and lasts.
But again I'm going back to their customer service , I've never had a company try and help as much as they have....

See the helpful reply from the company below. This not only assists me but hopefully protects other customers from falling into the hands of highly risky copycat suppliers. However, whilst Britannic Spectrum does exist at Companies House, it is shown as a dormant company with a value of £1.

Could someone explain who all these companies are please.
I was just about to place an order with Chavanc and then I came across Charabanc Aroma. There is also a Charabanc.
Neither of the first two companies show registered numbers on their website or show and presence at Companies House.
This is despite implying that they are UK companies.
I doubt I'll get a reply but I feel that I cannot order safely from either in view of the above and the high number of 1 star reviews.

This is a beautiful diffuser, with excellent customer service from Emma, you won’t be disappointed,, buy with confidence of a quality product.

Charabanc takes its commitment to quality products and excellent customer Service seriously. I have been lucky enough that any issue I’ve had was taken care of by Emma super efficiently. Can highly recommend the atomiser products and my favorite fragrance ‘No.17 Winds of Darjeeling’

Incredibly disappointed. I ordered this as a Father’s Day gift, with 2-day shipping. It’s been almost two weeks, haven’t received it. In fact, it wasn’t tracking until today. Very deceiving. There’s nothing more frustrating than ordering with the intention to arrive in more than enough time, plus 2-day shipping, and the order isn’t prioritized or fulfilled as advertised. Needless to say, I no longer need it and will be returning.

I bought two , one for the office and the second for home then after a while both of them are not working .
