I’m really sorry for any misunderstanding regarding your order. I’ve sent you emails—one before your order was shipped and another in response to your emails today.
Have you had a chance to check them? It’s possible they may have ended up in your spam or junk folder.
To clarify, the reason you have only received one product so far is that the Spermidine is being shipped separately from our UK warehouse due to stock shortages in our SA warehouse. You should receive it this week.
Again, I truly apologise for any confusion, and I appreciate your patience. If you have any concerns, please let me know. Also, if this clears things up, I’d be grateful if you could update your review.
