I ordered a hydrangea in a 15lt pot. It arrived in perfect shape with nothing broken and the driver kindly wheeled it down the side of the house into the garden.

First class in every way, great product, fast delivery; Adam, who delivered, was smart and thoughtful. Highly recommended.

I ordered my Jasmine plants from Charella Gardens. They were very helpful and professional. Further were willing to help when delivery dates had to change due to gardener problems. The delivery came on time and the driver was kind and helpful. Wow the plants are amazing and im looking forward to seeing them grow and mature!! I'll be checking their website to see what else I can order!

I’ve had a few plants from Charella Gardens and have always been so pleased with them. They arrive well packaged and in tip top condition. After planting they settle well and seem to start growing quickly.
I didn’t know the Wisteria Tree existed as I’ve never seen one before so I’m excited to see it flower next year. I have new neighbours who have asked where I’ve purchased my large plants as they’ve noticed how well they do. I definitely recommend Charella.

I had previously purchased a Star Jasmine from my local nursery, but more recently decided to take a chance and order one from this company. I must say, the quality far exceeded the price — a beautiful, large, and healthy jasmine plant that really impressed me. I’ll definitely be ordering two more soon.

I also ordered a Black Bamboo, specifically needing something over 1.5 metres tall, and received a stunning, large, healthy, and bushy specimen. I’m extremely happy with the service, the speed of delivery, and the fantastic value for money.

Two Ilex balls look healthy and attractive and good size

Absolute disgusting service.
Ordered 3 giant bamboos told delivery would be Wednesday 13 August taken time off work to prepare for planting received email on the day saying the bamboo are to big to deliver 🤷‍♂️

Would never use this company again.

I didn't get any notificaiton of when delivery would be. The four plants were dumped in my front garden when I was away during a dry period and so when I finally got hime after a few days they were dried up and bedraggled.
