Great experience.. enquired about jasmines as I needed a 5 meter wall covered. I was not sure whether they would have been bushey enough Julie sent photos over and assured me they would be fine. They were delivered promptly… delivery guy also helped. The jasmines themselves were really healthy and good quality. Would definitely recommend.

The trees look so bad, that i regret purchasing them. They dont look like in the advertised picture. They were trimmed at the midfle more then the top. This is incredible

Wow what a fantastic company, the plants are massive, beautiful quality, and very swift delivery.

Quick and efficient service with quick delivery. Happy with the size and the quality of product however it had been bent out of shape in transit which is disappointing.

I have had many orders during lock down and subsequently the quality and value of the plants are always excellent and the communication and service likewise very detailed, I have met the delivery drivers on a couple of times they also are fantastic. Purchasing from Charella Gardens is always such a positive experience.

I rate charella gardens very highly for the quality of the products I have bought from them ( frost proof terracotta pots which really are frost proof) and also the care and speed of their delivery service

I have ordered a few times from Charella. The plants are of excellent quality and value for money compared to other online competitors. They are packaged carefully and delivered timely.

The customer service part was a 5☆ but unfortunately 2 out of 6 plants have seen better days, a bit yellow with some dyeing branches

We ordered 4 Taxus bushes on the website, delivery was fast and officiant! Adam the driver was really helpful, had lots of knowledge about the bushes, advised us which compost to use and how to look after them! They look amazing and we are really happy with them! Would definitely recommend the nursery! Thanks Adam

I’ve bought plants from here before and was very pleased with the size and condition of them. I didn’t hesitate to purchase again a Photinia to fill a gap in our hedge. It was sized as expected and bushy. Great value . Would definitely recommend them

Everything healthy and quick delivery

Absolutely stunning tree, surprised and delighted at how large it was. Really good condition and the driver was friendly and helpful.

Product was as described and perfect, the only slight issue was a lack of communication from them between purchase and delivery.
Certainly not worth knocking a star off for as the plants are great.
