I was lucky to find Charisma Blinds whilst surfing the net. I found Jackie & Sean to be approachable, friendly, knowledgeable, professional, & went that extra mile to be helpful. They gave good advice but let me decide the option that was best for me. They were transparent & honest on what needed to be done to repair the blinds. If in the future I need blinds or repairs then I will have no hesitation in contacting the Charisma Blinds.

1 star is room much! Avoid!

Great customer service this morning from John at Charisma - went out of his way to talk me through taking my blinds down.
Lovely fella.

Ordered blinds for my whole house. Then wanted blinds for my patio doors which I had measured and spoke to the person who I thought ordered them. To find out they had not been ordered. Will not use this company again

Just had some vertical blinds installed in our lounge/livingroom . Every aspect of the inital appointment and installation was a positive experience. I'm super happy with the blinds. Would highly recommend and use Charisma blinds again!

Charisma Binds Cork installed roller blinds on our widows and French doors. We had a slight problem with the location of the winders ie left or right. Tom, the installer, couldn’t have been more helpful in resolving the problem. He was polite, courteous, patient and very professional. We found Jonathan, the manager, great to deal with as well. We would highly recommend this company and so pleased, especially with their after sales service.

After reading such good reviews I have been trying to get someone out to measure up for new blinds for my house. No one is responding.
I really liked what I saw on the website and the positive comments from previous customers so was looking forward to getting Charisma to sort everything out.

Used Charisma blinds whose quote was half the price of another local company for our square bay window.
Came and fitted our new vertical blinds today, James the fitter was very helpful in setting up the blinds exactly how we wanted them.
I can recommend Charisma blinds whether you fit yourself or have them fit the blinds.

I had 10 Venetian Blinds installed by Charisma this week. They look fantastic.

I wanted blinds but I didn’t really know much about them, so I visited the showroom on Prospect Road. The showroom is small but they display all the different styles of blinds in a variety of colours. It definitely pointed me in the right direction.
I took the approximate measurements with me so they were able to give me a rough estimate. I was happy with the estimate so booked an appointment for them to visit the property to produce an accurate quote (which was pretty close to the estimate).

Neil came out to complete the quote and Pete fitted the blinds on Tuesday. Both of these guys are spot on, it was a pleasure having them in the house.

Great service, great product.
Highly recommended.
