Beth did a great job in explaining all the steps and ensuring the money was deposited in time for me to collect.

Only reason for maybe leaning towards a 4.9 is that I almost went with someone else over the weekend and seemed a little too relaxed/ not bothered if I went with them, In some ways that is good as it shows they are not pushy sales people but as a customer don’t be afraid to ask them for options and get them to engage. Great value and will be using them for any future car deals and recommending them.
