Jack and Gracie did an incredible job sorting out my finance for my new vehicle. They are a credit to the company. As always Charles and Dean are a no nonsense no fuss company to work with.

I dealt with 3 members of the team, Oliver and Gracie being key. They were excellent and couldn’t do anymore to help me through the car finance application process. Their manager Dean drove over 3 hours to enable me to sign the financial documents required. The team were always professional and courteous and went over and above what I expect is their routine responsibilities to assist me. I admired the due diligence they applied to ensure affordability. I was really impressed at every stage. Moving forward I wouldn’t go anywhere else for finance.

About a year ago I started my search for a new car but due to an overseas residency and multiple changes of address with work, it became immediately apparent that the dealer finance wasn't an option. I asked on car forums for options and Charles & Dean were mentioned several times and in particular Jack Phillips. I spoke to Jack and confirmed i was just starting the search but needed to know if finance was even an option. The obvious caveat was that until we formalised the application and did a full credit search he couldn't guarantee but he new of a number of lenders he could use that had dealt with similar situations.

Fast forward a year later and I had finally settled on a car. My deposit ended up at about 15% of the value and my Experian report was maxed so I was in a great position. Jack was able to secure the loan amount I wanted for the duration I wanted at a rate that significantly undercut the dealerships rates. And talking to him, Jack is as passionate about cars as he is getting the finance deal done on your behalf so he gets the excitement and truly wants to help, even when the lenders ID check failed right at the final hurdle he did all he could to resolve it.

Jack also dealt directly with the dealership so no need for me to deal with invoicing at all.

A fantastic experience made all the better with Jack's dedication. I pick the car up this Friday!!!!

after always using main dealer finance on all of my previous vehicles I decided to get a quote from Charles and Dean when I found the next car , Elliot was fantastic after sending him the car details C&D managed to beat main dealer by almost £100 per month ,
Dean and Harriet were also great getting the deal done once I had agreed to purchase the car , less than a week from initial test drive to collection of the car .

Easy process and provided good options. Previously I have been put off with going direct myself as I wrongly believed it would be a harder process, but now I do not think I would finance a car any other way. Lots more flexibility and allowed me to get the car I wanted at competitive rates.
