They have the best servers and their customer service is outstanding! When you have a support issue you have someone to call and they pick you up in seconds. Nestor was the support person who had to work diligently to solve a very complicated problem. He worked at solving the problem for 3 hours and kept me informed the whole way. If it was possible to give them 10 stars, the whole ChartVPS company would get 10 stars from me!!!!!!

ChartVPS has worked with me through a couple of NinjaTrader setups with automated Algos. Their service is stellar. If you are looking for a hosted Ninjatrader platform with or without any type of automation they should be your first choice. Their data centers run off fiber and latancy is as close to nill as you can get. I can get my trades in faster and my Internet and $2K business laptop at home dont even compare to what I get here!
