Absolutely Outstanding Support – Best I've Ever Seen!

When I decided to go the VPS route, I did an extensive amount of due diligence as trading is my livelihood. I cannot, I repeat, cannot believe how awesome their services are. In this business, I have NEVER had the customer service I have with anyone other than Chart VPS. Jovan and Nestor are incredible. Immediately answer any request - to be clear here, I request upgrades, VPS' set up for friends etc, not technical issues, and these guys are not only friendly but are ON THE BALL. I'll never leave this company. They are BY AND FAR the best VP provider available. I've never had one outage, one delay, one problem. Highly recommend and ENCOURAGE you to use them. They THE best. I've been with them over a year and will never end this relationship.

Erlie with was fantastic - he was very patient and took the time to answer every question. He was friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. He listened carefully to my issue and resolved it quickly without making me feel rushed. I really appreciated his effects to make sure everything was working properly. It's rare to find such attentive and efficient customer service these days. Highly recommend!

I had an issue I needed resolved. The reps were patient in hearing my issue. They went over and beyond to help me and resolve my issue. I got this handled through the chat service (real rep on other end// No bot service here!!).

Outstand Nestor`s service in Chart VPS Company.

I have been renting VPS computers from ChartVPS for several years now; I was running as many as five different computers at one time, as I was trading several accounts with the TradeStation Securities brokerage firm; using fully automated strategies to trade live futures (primarily the Nasdaq and S&P). They have always gone out of their way to give me superb service, and their prices have always been excellent as well. I cannot recommend them more highly, and still, years later, use their service, month after month. Trading fully automated futures strategies is stressful enough, and ChartVPS has provided me with service to at least not add to that stress, over the years. At one time I looked into saving money, and tried to find a competitor with similar software and computing power, but was surprised to find that I could not find a less expensive service that compared to them, anyway; and given the consistent great service that they provided me with, it would have had to be at least 20 percent lower in price for me to be willing to make the switch, which I never did.

This company has amazing customer service. Irlie returned my call promptly and answered all of my questions. He also installed the two programs I wanted to run. Everything done within an hour. I've never encountered this level of professional and friendly service in a hosting company.

Trading on a VPS isnt easy to get used to in the beginning. ChartVPS agent, Luca, was super patient with me. I recommend that you get your VPS set up on a day that isnt a trading day. Since this company has 24/7 support and agents that are super accomodating, you will be pleased with tehe support while getting set up with service. Thank you, Luca!

Amazing Forex VPS with great prices. They offer VPS for various applications, but I use it for MetaTrader. Honestly, I wouldn’t have found them if a YouTube comment hadn’t mentioned their service. I was fed up with my old Forex VPS provider—my previous setup was slow because of CPU issues, so I was on the hunt for a VPS that took performance seriously not only does ChartVPS advertise performance they deliver as well.

I've tried the usual providers (ForexVPS, Accuwebhosting, Cloudzy, etc.), but this VPS really outshines the rest. After getting frustrated with my old provider, I went ahead and purchased a VPS from ChartVPS. I accidentally had it set up in the wrong location, but their support quickly fixed it without any hassle. Plus, I forgot to apply their discount code at checkout, and they were kind enough to add the credit to my account. They also offer a service called ServerIQ which is actually a no brainer, I'm not sure why other VPS providers have not implemented this or something similar, I receive an email if anything is wrong with the server, i.e.(CPU over 90%, VPS shutdown, application not responding, etc.) You can set up custom alerts as well!

Overall, a really smooth experience! I will be recommending them to anyone fed up with their current provider and looking for something different from the main stream services.
