Excellent Support & Service. Every one of Chart VPS Staff is very responsive and knowledgeable about all facets of their service.

I spoke to Marko previously who was great with my initial set-up. Service was reliable throughout the year. One year later a guy named Erlie provided hands on service for updates with good feedback. Again a solid result & experience to upgrade products. They listen well with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve anything I have had relatively quickly. I appreciate their kind manner and responsiveness.. I hope to upgrade my system to more advanced products when the time is right,

First class service. I had a dedicated server for trading. The support I received was top notch. Not many companies around actually investing in customer service anymore but the ChartVPS team is dedicated. When I had non-server related issues they took the time to help me figure it out. Nothing but admiration for this company and if you need a VPS they’ll hook you up and support you along the way.

Have been a customer for over a month now and have had a great experience working with the Chartvps team. I am constantly chatting and asking questions to optimize my performance and have always been given options.

Last thing I wanted to say on this review is that I have been saved MULTIPLE times just within the month of using their service. I live in an area that has HORRIBLE weather and just in the last two weeks I have had multiple 12+ hour power outages. To me it was an easy no brainer!

Extremely helpful customer support. No bs, real customer support, they help to solve issues in minutes literally. They talk (they are humans), they do all you ask for, they give advice. Prominently, they are proactive and do the extra mile - if there is something I had to ask about but did not, they help with it as well, on their own.

Many reasons to recommend ChartVPS. Not only is the performance of the server excellent, so is the service. They even went above and beyond by kindly giving me some free upgrades. Obviously there are many VPS services available. ChartVPS understands the needs of traders. Their servers are very close to the exchanges.

However, the clincher for me is the service (Shout out to Jovan!). Because I live many time zones away from Chicago, my service requests have been in the middle of the night. After a few minutes' wait, I always get a real human, and quick interaction. Even on the sales side, they are much quicker to respond than other services I've worked with.
