Tom is very patient with me and is always on hand to help with advice and the best solutions for my tricky moving situation. I trust him and he has been very helpful and understanding of my complex needs for property rental. I always feel I can just run ideas past him and he gives sound advice and support.

Tom was excellent when I enquired about rentals he sent over several options and was extremely quick with responses for questions I asked him about via email.

We were going to shop around for an estate agent, but after meeting Amanda our minds were immediately made up to proceed with Chase Buchanan. We were so pleased we did and both Amanda and Chloe were lovely to deal with throughout the process. They totally delivered on the service that was promised. Alessandro Cretella has been absolutely amazing in making this transaction happen. He has been constantly in touch with both parties and our solicitors, making sure all issues are resolved as fast as possible. He is very skilled in negotiation and very professional in his demeaner. I can't recommend him enough! Also, in my opinion, Chase Buchanan St Margarets have really good properties on offer and are very skilled in advising sellers to set the right price/accept a fair offer for a fast sale.

I had to change estate agents as my first agents in Hampton were appalling. I came to Chase Buchanan in Hampton Hill and right from the get go Kris and Adele along with Anna were extremely professional and ensured that the whole chain came together. They were honest, reliable and went beyond to ensure that everyone was able to move.
I would highly recommend Kris and Adele who ensured that my purchase as well as my sale through them went well.

We complained about our neighbour back in April due to her smoking copious amounts of cannabis and the fumes seeping through the walls/floorboards of our terrace house and unsettling my partners pregnancy.

We even handed in our notice 3/4 weeks early and gave the office a spare key to come and go with viewings at convenience.

They had a potential 7+ weeks to find the correct tenant that could move in mid-august and release us early to safeguard the health of my pregnant partner, our landlord even agreed to let us leave early providing the Richmond office found a new tenant.

They jacked up the price to the house by £100 a month given increased popularity in the listing and agreed with one of the very first viewings a prospective move in date of mid-September, blackballing us into staying for the full tenancy despite giving early notice and them having ample time to help us out.

If these cowboys can prioritise profit and time before the health of pregnant women then imagine what they can do to you.
