Lara was absolutely amazing. My hair cut was long overdue and she took it in stride and made me feel human again. She also gave me a few suggestions for.new color.

Lots of colour choices
Lots of colour choices. Friendly staff who remember you and converse with you. Not crowded, room for disability devices to maneuver. Comfortable chairs to sit in. Drinks like water, tea, coffee, hot chocolate. I have been going there for years.

Should have seen my hair when I went to…
Should have seen my hair when I went to see my hairdresser Antony. 4 different shades of colors from dying my roots. Ends were dry and I was starting to lose hair from just washing it. Antony always takes great care of my hair. Even though Chatters Mayfield is out of my way, I still go to Antony to tend to my hair. Thank you.

First time at the Mayfield location and…
First time at the Mayfield location and it was wonderful! Huge shoutout to Sarah today as she did a fantastic job with my cut/color and I’ll most definitely be back.
The salon is nice and spacious, clean, it was nice to move around between color application and washing. And the front end is very organized, bright and so much to offer!

Hairdresser couldn’t cut straight and didn’t listen to what I wanted and went chop crazy on my bangs. My cat could have done a better job and now I’m embarrassed to be seen

Excellent Service & Honest Advice
Popped into Chatters Salon as a walk-in and was able to get in quickly. Kate was wonderful—very friendly, chatty, and kind. She did a great job on my brow and upper lip waxing. I also appreciated her honesty when I asked about a full facial wax—she let me know it wasn’t really needed, which I really respected. Great experience overall!

Went in to clean up an old haircut that wasn’t growing out properly. She understood what I was looking for and was able to fix it easily without losing too much length.
