This was my first experience with Becca and she was amazing. She listened to what I wanted, expertly cut and styled my hair and it's hands down the best haircut I've ever had! Already getting compliments. I will def be back to see her.

Doesn’t listen to what you want. Left very unhappy.
When I went in for my appointment I told Kimberly that I was worried that my hair would be way too dark and I would rather it be too light then too dark. I have naturally brown (light/medium) hair with a balayage and wanted my brown natural color back.
After my service was over, my hair was as black as my black tank top I had on.
This was my concern and I feel like she didn’t listen to what I had to say.
She said by the end of summer it should lighten up… so I have to wait 3 months for my hair not to be black?
I am quite disappointed that I still had to pay over $200 for this service.
Was not listened to, and left with exactly what I didn’t want. Will never return and would not recommend.

Becca did a great job and is a good listener. I explained my preferences, and left with the type of cut I had in mind (even better!) and feeling a lot more confident :)
Update: I was surprised to find out there are no free bang trims even though I came back within two weeks when I realized the bangs were left much too long. Despite the good haircut I prob won't return.

Hi Chatters, Thank-you for fitting me in. Your Stylist was most gracious and friendly. I had asked for a trim of a couple inches with enough length left for a ponytail. This was necessary for my workouts. At least 5 inches were trimmed away, which did not leave the length required for much of a ponytail gathering. 2.5 inches equals 50cm
