Chawton Hill Chartered Surveyors Opiniones

Easy to arrange and customer service was good.
I thought the survey could be more detailed.

Quick, great value, really helpful, friendly

Easy to organise a building survey with. Survey was thorough and the walk through afterwards was really helpful. I fully recommend using Chawton Hill

Great experience dealing with booking centre and surveyor. Paul was fantastic and very accommodating.
Paul was extremely detailed and thorough. Report also came sooner than promised and was very detailed and thorough. Nothing was missed.
I highly recommend the walk around at the end as it was very useful (as I struggle to understand building terminology so Paul could explain).

Great service, definitely recommend the walk through as it was very informative, what was meant to be 30 mins turned into an hour so thanks to Stephen for taking the extra time with that. Report was completed within the stated 5 working days.

My dealings with firm are highly recommended. Good communication in clear terms Walkthrough offered was very reassuring. The employees at the firm were always up to date with my case and the surveyor was sourced locally for me which was another reassurance .
5 stars with no issues competitive and professional. My property was an 1880 property and a lot was brought to my attention regarding maintenance.

Quick and efficient service, our surveyor was lovely and provided a thorough and clear report promptly. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service. Friendly, helpful and quick

I found this company after an internet search, and after a lovely initial phone call where I was very patiently explained the process and what to expect, I booked the survey. The service I received from that first interaction has been fantastic. The survey and the walk around is invaluable, and has helped me to plan for my move and take stock of what to look out for in the future. Thanks to the whole team.

I looked at three companies offering surveying services and chose Chawton Hill because of previous good experiences of their clients and I'm pleased to say I am adding my voice to the vote. The survey was arranged quickly and the surveyor arrived on time and conducted the task with professional expertise and a pleasant manner. I was informed of all the areas he noted at the time and the final report was delivered on time and with sufficient details to enable me to plan further works with confidence.
I would certainly recommend this firm.

Chawton Associates offer a highly professional and customer-focused service at every touchpoint. I was highly impressed with how they stood out next to other providers in their attention to detail and to their customer's needs. The standard of service was matched by the competency of their surveyor who was incredibly competent and went beyond my expectations in terms of providing help and advice. Thank you!

An extensive and well presented review organised and delivered, ahead of time, by a responsive and friendly team. Our surveyor was insightful, thorough, patient and pleasant to deal with. He could not have been more helpful. Well done Chawton Hill!

We got them to survey a thatch, grade II - from start to finish the service really was excellent.
I would not hesitate in using them again. Thank you.

A very thorough and professional service. We would definitely recommend them to others.

Superb service. I would definitely recommend Chawton Hill Chartered Surveyors. The surveyor spend a very detailed 8 hours at the property we are hoping to buy and highlighted a number of important issues. They also offered a 30min walk round with us at the end of the survey to show us the defects which I found extremely informative. Finally the surveyor even rang me up 2 days after the survey to inform us of issues with the listing of the priority which could save us lots of money in the future. Excellent service and the final survey report was amazing such details and use of photos excellent Thanks again Colin

Stephen was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful - and surveyed two properties including the one we eventually bought. The walk through tour at the end of the survey process was especially valuable and ensured the formal report had a context. I would recommend Stephen to anyone who wants a professional opinion.

From start to finish a quick, professional and pleasant company to use. Survey was very detailed and a quick half an hour walk around with the friendly surveyor was extremely useful. Would recommend.
