I would give a 5 star review but I am unhappy to report that I was having issues online so I phoned for help and the trip I was booking for was not available on the phone so I had to go thru a 3rd attempt until I got my trip. Otherwise you still get a 5 star from me because of the importance of this rating to your industry.

I'm not impressed. I gave my email address because the alerts intention was to notify myself if my travel dates were offering cheaper seats. Instead I've received multiple emails asking me to complete my booking. If I wanted to book my flight I would have. Instead I'm now getting bombarded with useless emails. (Spam). You're no different than the others.

I really like the diversity with time choices

Still needs an option of searching few days before and/or after the date you are interested as an option to improve the ticket price. We all know that the same timing but a different date could accommodate passengers and company alike. That's an option I couldn't find and I think it could be useful. Thank you.
