There needs to be a way to search for the best deals for an entire month, not for specific dates. If I don't have a specific time period for a trip but I just want the best deal I can't search it.

I booked my flight tickets via cheapoair Canada website but the promo codes offered usually don't work and over the phone the customer service representative quote higher price than online price for the same flight. I was charged for seat enhancements and promo code for next trip did not work.
Credit for cancellation of trip was not issued as lack of knowledgeable staff. So I am not recommending cheapoair and I feel trying Expedia is better option.

Looking for return flights from Toronto to North Bay, Ontario, Canada, I find better prices on more than a dozen other reduced price travel sites.

Great site, works very well, and I was able to book good flights for good prices.

I booked flight for my wife and I to visit first grandchild at bc childrens hospital in van.A week before my flight my wife ended up in kelowna hospital. Went to cancel flight then realiezed it wasnt West Jet. Talked to agent, he said ticket was good for either 3 months or a year. he wasnt sure. So I asked to put it in my sons travel acount. He said we dont do that like West Jet does. Very aggressive agent. Looked at my visa to check charges and was shocked.I was not told there is an agent fee of 120.31, then a cancellation fee of 101.59, then a rebooking fee of 150.00 and a credit for future use of 560.00. My actual cost before rebooking again is $970.78. Unbelievable, Shocked.none of these agent fees were explained to me. Just found them on my visa bill. Has to be a law for billing me with out me knowing. Hugely disapointed. Am out over $1000.00 . They are not the cheapest price from Kelowna to Vancouver. Crooks. Will let West Jet and Air Canada know my experience. Never did got to Childrens hospital to see grandson.This happened June 9, 2018. This just an evil website

Not enough to vive opinion

THE worst travel site. Starts out with a little misrepresentation for the unaware ( yours truly). The web site that I requested was Air Canada but got Cheap Flights. Once I realized my error it was too late. The fight was priced in US dollars even though It was a flight by a Canadian between two Canadian cities.....my own fault for not paying attention. NOT Cheap , in fact about 30% more expensive than a direct booking. Tried to cancel but was very difficult and didn't want the hassle. Will be reporting it to Air Canada.

They found me an affordable flight out of Cuba when I couldn't, and everything went smooth, what more can I say?!

The bookings made through Cheapflights have been very easy

It is a good website for current deals. I do find that choosing the different travel deal companies is cumbersome - it would be better if the deals were all listed together and when you click on an item, then it takes you to the deal website. Hope this helps
