Excellent products available. Although I have found whenever ordering bags of crisps the bags are popped on arrival, and pot noodles have holes in the foil lids.

So easy to order. Order always ready soon after placing. Items are of good quality and never had an issue. Very nice staff at collection point. Would definitely recommend.

Will stop using them
Will stop using them, recently placed order for over £100 charged £12 delivery, got delivered to wrong address by DPD, complained to both of them and BBIG did not reply

Lack of communication on my last order. I wasn't sure if my order had been received or was being processed for 6 days. I was not signed in so it must be important to sign in if you have an account. This problem was addressed and I received my order on 3rd September. Packing was good, thank you.

still no sign of my order being delivered or, even, despatched after a full week

Easy to order, wide range of items, great prices and prompt delivery with the order well packed.

Easy to order and collection is a doddle, just turn up, press the button on your text message and someone brings your order out to your car within minutes.

Apart from the amazing prices and the interesting selection available in the online shop, the products all arrived in good time and were packed INCREDIBLY well. We were so impressed! There was just one item that were no longer available after I had checked out, and they automatically actioned a refund. I was a bit hesitant to buy from them initially (fear of the unknown!), but will now keep an eye regularly on their site and enjoy many more 'shopping trips' to cheapfoods.co.uk.

Today, I received my 16th order from Best Before it's Gone Ltd. aka Cheapfood.co.uk. It is always a positive experience, from ordering online to receiving the products. The products received are always packaged very well with many items received in their trade packaging, whilst other items packaged using alternative packaging and glass-based items are bubble wrapped for safety in transit. I have never received a spoilt item and everything edible IS edible. Please kindly provide feedback to your admin and packing teams on the excellent service received throughout the year. Even at times of high demand, parcels are dispatched and delivered (by DPD) as soon as it is practical to do so. Once again, thank you.

Very slight downside is a bit of a wait for dispatch and delivery seens as the postage is £6 🫤 especially when you are waiting on salted caramel Flipz 🤤
