All items very packaged. A great way to save on pantry items

Another appalling experience. I emailed there so called customer service today (6th March) as my order I placed on the 27th had still not dispatched and I received a condescending response saying that it was still within the 7 days including weekends and bank holidays that it says in its T & C’s. Clearly they can’t count as today is day 8 and the email said that it’s not even been picked and packed. Absolutely ridiculous.
If there customer service was decent I probably wouldn’t be that bothered with the length but when ever I’ve had to contact them every time I’m met with condescension always trying to hide by there T&C’s.

And now after waiting 9 days for my order at 07:50 they just refunded it with no explanation.

AVOID THIS COMPANY

I left them a bad review and they without asking me or even emailing me a reason , just cancelled my order.
That’s just awful customer service, totally appalling.

Perfect for when you want a treat or looking for some decent food which stays good beyond the expiry date but are trying to budget

I received one box from the company which was well packaged and everything arrived safe and sound. However, half my order was missing.

Always a great deal. Excellent communication. Lots of company’s don’t update you if things are running late. Not these guys. Email putting you at ease that everything is still ok. Great ethic to have and definitely makes me want to continue using them.

This is a genuine review. This is not my first time ordering from this site, so I am aware what to expect.
Ordering items is simply, I found the app to be user friendly.
On placing an order on the 25.01.25 I received my items today. I must say I am happy with the items I recieved all my items recieved in good condition. I really like how the items are packaged to prevent leakage or damage. I also like the fact that the materials used to protect the items from damage are all recycled which we know is good for our planet.
Lastly, I must say real value for money and I will definitely recommend this site.

I placed an order primarily for cereal bars, but the company failed to deliver them, making the purchase useless. I received no prior notification about the stock shortage and they sent the other items without my consent. When I contacted them, they refused to make substitutions and did not refund the shipping costs, leaving me highly dissatisfied with the service. My experience with other providers in the same situation has been much better, even if it means incurring a loss for them.

I Have ordered from this company on the 8th December, it is now the 12th December and haven't had or received my order, or received an email. I Know it's near xmas, but they should have the decency to send me a quick email to say something like "im sorry for the delay" due to high volumes in customer orders this time of year there may be delay in the order or something similar, an email would be good to let me know what is going on. Im sorry but im going elsewhere, cheapfoods used to be good...Shame Really!!!

Always so many great deals and there is so much variety of stock. I get local delivery and our driver is so friendly.

lots of damage to my items in delivery box, all the flatbreads are smashed into small pieces some of the cans of coke are buckled and/or dented tbh its the 1st time that theres ever been an issue

Orders are packed very well indeed. There is a good selection to choose from, and new stock is added regularly.

Bargain food and saving going to landfill, use regularly. Always quick delivery and friendly drivers.

Used again and had no problems. My only concern is you do not answer emails to say when you will be delivering. I have sent more than 4 emails and never had a reply once. As stated you have said on the email it has been shipped so i have waited in and thinking it is being delivered today and it does not turn up. This my only concern and reason i do not use so much as you do not know when it will arrive. Apart from that your shop is good just a shame on the updates

we have been unable to get HP beans for many months and we consider them to be the ultimate in flavour. On the day they were received we treated ourselves to bacon eggs and beans, it was delicious. The order was easy to place, communication was excellent and delivery spot on , Excellent service.
