Ordered YT Premium very fast service given in under 24 hours and they quickly login to the account and then logout

Seems sort of sketch, but actually very smooth and trustworthy! With all the streaming services available, I'll gladly save what I can. Thanks Cheapzy!

All started well - I requested a Spotify Duo account for use by my wife and I.

Payment sent and account set up within a few days, but the country used was Pakistan which does not allowed Podcasts. My account is stuck as Pakistan for a year now.

Cheapzy did provide another account under a different email address WITH Egypt used, but only as Individual premium and now all my listening history is tied to the other account.

A bit of a mess that I feel could have been avoided but I do feel like Cheapzy at least tried to rectify the issue.

I purchased YouTube Premium in September 2025, and the service initially functioned as expected. After two months, access was disconnected. Despite repeated follow-ups, the issue was never resolved. In February 2026, the owner instructed me to dispute the charge with my credit card issuer; however, disputes are no longer permitted due to the length of time that had elapsed.

Constant issues with Netflix since pretty much day one. Asked for refund several times but request keeps getting ignored. Will instead give BS reason about account being transferred to another one. Will work for a day or two then run into the same issue. Support takes forever to reply. Now they won't even reply to my messages. Been a couple of months now and still haven't resolved Netflix issue. Asked for refund once again. Messages being ignored. Bad business practice.

Quick to respond, quick delivery, and quick customer service! Couldn't have asked for more

I paid Cheapzy for a full year of service. After the initial one-month trial period, my account suddenly showed as expired.

That was December 25, 2025.

Since then, I have spent over three months chasing support across dozens of messages. I was repeatedly told:

• “Will be done shortly”
• “Within the next few days”
• “Waiting on supplier”
• “Trying to speed it up”

Weeks passed. Nothing happened.

I provided every screenshot and verification they asked for—multiple times. Each time, the response reset back to vague promises with no action.

Timeline highlights:

• Dec 25 — reported expired account
• Jan 7 — promised fix “within a few days”
• Jan 14 — blamed supplier delays
• Jan 28 — asked for more screenshots (again)
• Feb 3 — after nearly 3 months, still unresolved, told “will be done shortly”
• Feb 6 — still no restoration, still no refund, still no concrete timeline

As of today, I have:

❌ No active service
❌ No refund
❌ No explanation
❌ Endless stalling

At this point I genuinely fear they’ve taken my money with no intention of honoring the purchase.

If this were a one-off delay, fine. But this has been months of false urgency and recycled promises while holding my payment.

I would strongly advise anyone considering Cheapzy to stay away until they can demonstrate basic reliability and customer support.

I regret trusting this service and will be pursuing a chargeback and formal complaints.

I was a bit worried with the process but I’m so glad I did it. It worked.

I've used Cheapzy in the past for multiple subscriptions, but in December 2025 my YouTube premium was cancelled. Cheapzy asked us to reach out to support for assistance, but to date (Feb 26!) I still haven't had this restored. Cheapzy refuse to reply to me via Discord or email (as they state when someone leaves a negative reply) and won't issue me with a refund. I can see from their reviews that they're fulfilling new customer orders for YouTube, so I am greatly let down by them. I have at least 5 subscriptions per year through them and won't be renewing ANY of them.

I'm 100% satisfied with the service. I understand there were some issues with YT, but I discovered the problem affected multiple sellers. However, despite the wait, I'm familiar with this seller. I've been with them for over a year now with multiple subscriptions and have never had any problems. For those who also have to wait a bit? It'll be fine.

Fast, support let me know immediately what the procedure would be, what I would need to do on my end to fulfill the order and within a day, the order was fulfilled.

Was worried I would be scammed out of my account, so I gave it a few days before I wrote the review, but nothing's amiss at all. I'd buy from these folks again. :)

I recently bought Youtube premium a few weeks ago on my personal account though cheapzy.
So far I am happy that there has been no security issues with my account.
I will happily use them again in the future.

Do not buy any subscriptions from this guy or share confidential information. I believe it could be a phishing scam to get access to your email accounts. They give you access to the service you want knowing that it will be blocked and they will get the refund and then have your money and your information.

Legit stuff here. If you have issues getting yt premium they will work with you to make sure you get it going. Doing the Lord's work giving the fair price for these services across the world.

Do NOT get this for netflix, your account will be locked after a week or so. Getting a refund is also not possible, they literally tell you to ask for chargeback.
