Very good communication, got my YouTube premium within a couple of days

I've been using Cheapzy for Spotify and Discord for a couple of years and have never had issues. Fast turnaround and it's convenient that they accept PayPal now

Cheapzy have saved me an unbelievable amount of money over the years - they are so helpful and responsive (despite a clear time zone difference) - it does take a lot of trust and a little time but it is so worth it, could not recommend a service more!

I’ve been a customer for several months now. The service is good and the prices are fair. If you’re looking for a service with a 99% SLA, this isn’t for you. But if you want popular services at a low cost and you’re okay with the occasional minor issue, you’ve come to the right place.

Got a Disney+ subscription. Very fast response time on Discord. Got the Subscription in less than 48h hours. Payment via Paypal worked great.

Second year getting YT Premium with no issues. Communication is easy and trusting.

Youtube cancelled a bunch of subscriptions and Cheapzy is handling it horribly. It's been over a month and they ignore my support ticket, keep promising they'll look into my account "shortly," but nothing. This whole thing also messed up my account and now I can't select annual subscription anymore - which is way cheaper than monthly. They are handling the situation horribly.

Always had a great experience with Cheapzy. I have had my account blocked a few times, but support has always been fast to reply and solve the issue.

actually really good. Trustworthy for sure, and did the job in a few hours. Really quick, helpful, and much cheaper than I would have to pay for an actual subscription in my country. Very very Grateful to them :)

Not going well. Constant issues with yearly Netflix. Support takes a week or more. I'm still waiting for help

Used this service for second year now… great communication and no problems with my subscriptions after using it but if I did I can imagine given the communication so far it will be resolved too. Definitely recommend.

Second time using Cheapzy, and they’ve come through for me once again. Big ups my guy and see you again next year for another round on Subscriptions.

Cheapzy’s entire business model is arbitrage: buying subscriptions in cheaper markets. Anyone using the service should understand that this comes with a real risk of account shutdown. That part isn’t my main complaint.

The real problem is support after the shutdown happens.

My YouTube Premium account was terminated due to the region issue. Cheapzy acknowledged it and said they would fix it. That was over three weeks ago. Since then:
• No resolution
• No meaningful updates
• Now complete silence

At this point, I paid for a service I don’t have, with no timeline and no accountability.

Before Cheapzy replies with their standard response: I already submitted a ticket. I already followed the process. This review exists because support stopped responding.

If you’re considering Cheapzy, understand this clearly:
• If everything works, it’s fin
• If your account gets shut down, you are entirely dependent on their support
• And when support goes quiet, you have no leverage and no service

Update: 6+ weeks and still no resolution, I did get a response saying a day or two… three weeks ago! Understand the responses to these reviews saying to contact them go absolutely nowhere.

YouTube premium got cancelled due to different locations. Support posted in the channel and promised to reinstate shortly. After three weeks now still nothing and support won’t reply anymore. It’s a scam. Avoid at all costs.
