Very responsive and helpful throughout the booking process as well as post purchase. There was a cancellation on one of the legs of our flights post purchase / payment. Shawn has been great at resolving this issue and organizing an alternative route for that part of the journey. Highly recommend him and Cheerstravel :)

We were very impressed with the customer service we received from Emma. We missed our flight from Sri Lanka back to New Zealand (our fault) and Emma was able to book us on a new flight. These guys answer the phone in 10 to 20 seconds. Amazing service. Highly recommended travel agent.
