Awful experience they changed my flights and my seat upgrades couldn’t be moved with the bookings so they said it would be refunded. It had been four months of me calling and chasing up the refund being on hold for hours for them to only send me $13 and nobody could explain why I didn’t get my full refund. If I didn’t keep chasing them up I would have never got anything back at all. It felt like a big scam.

Very responsive to initial enquiry through to booking and responding quickly to queries.

Great service and informative help from one of your staff

Aroha at the Christchurch Riccarton Mall branch looked after our flights to Europe this year and she has been totally outstanding. We were there for over two hours and Aroha went through all the options with us until we found the best solution. Very calm, helpful and also thinking outside the square for options available. This is the second time I have contacted Di Nichol to book a trip for me. She is absolutely wonderful. She takes the time to understand my needs, I ask her so many questions and she is always lovely and answers them clearly, she alerts me to things I missed (the fine print), she gives me guidance and ideas. Although I know it would be cheaper for me to do this alone, but it is worth going to Flight Centre just to get someone who can give you a good and rational advice. Thanks Di

I’ve just driven 45 min in rush hour traffic from The Devonport peninsula to the Birkenhead FC. Admittedly I got there closer to closing but was given the short sharp shrift.

Agent: “I’ve got an appointment… drive up to the Albany FC, they’re still open or come back another day” and one other chap conversing with another employee says “I’m just the accountant”.

The thing that struck me was how dismissive the experience was😟. Even after I added I’d driven 45 minutes (stuck in traffic)to get there.

Having been drawn to the Birkenhead FC based on their strong review rating, the zero customer service experience left me disappointed.

Happily take business elsewhere.

Yvonne Unka is a wonderful travel consultant. She is meticulous, thinks ahead and follows through so everything goes smoothly. I've had Yvonne book several overseas trips for me and family members. She gives sound advice and finds good prices.

I needed to book some travel for work and was considering the option of making it into a family holiday by taking some extra time off. My travel consultant Jordan Crow was absolutely fantastic - completely understood my travel goals, provided great options with alternatives and was so prompt in replying that I even wondered at first whether Flight Centre was using AI travel consultants! I also chopped and changed my goals several times because of family and work requirements and I was never made to feel that I was a bother or being a demanding client. I will definitely try to use Jordan again when I next book personal travel.

I had a call the very next day following my online enquiry. Natalie took on board our requirements and provided an email response by end of the day outling our options. A couple more phone calls we had a firm quote, made payment on line and our holiday was booked. Easy peasy.
