I had a mixed experience with Cheers Travel. I will not name the 1st person I was dealing with that was handling my case but was very poor/frustrating.
Then was dealing with Christina that was very helpful and helped resolve my issue.

Clicked for the best price, then propcessed the ticket only to be told that the flight was no longer avaialble. Advised to ring to confirm booking and then told price raised. They sent through the link and I would have been better off directly with Air NZ.
