I really enjoyed this class! As a self taught chocolatier it was nice to see some things I was doing right, but even better to learn new things to make my production easier and faster!

I am taking Chef Jungstedt's fundamentals course on how to make the perfect Bon Bon. I have been making Bon bons for a couple of years now and was still having some technical issues with a few things. I have learnt so many great tips already and am having great success with perfect capping and perfectly shiny Bon bons. I can't recommend this course highly enough even if you have a fair bit of experience already I bet you learn some great tips that help you too!

Chef Jungstedt does a wonderful job of explaining his recipes and course material - perfect for those just starting out as a new Chocolatier! You will no doubt appreciate all the detail he includes.

Super gode gennemgange - jeg får tips og input til forbedringer og håndtering af min chokolade produktion. Synes siden er lidt svær at navigere i - ikke så intuitiv. Men meget tilfreds.

Opskrifter er særdeles fyldestgørende med god vejledning og billedeillustrationer, så kan det ikke gå galt.
