I watched all content from two courses
I completed two courses, "The fillings course" and "The fundamentals - bonbons". Both courses were very infomative, clearly explained and demonstrated. Not only explained, how something must be done, but also, why it must be done as explained. Both courses are based on the rich experience of the Chef.

I am so happy with Chef Jungstedt's Filling Course. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I learned so much and I think it's great that we are able to download the PDF's for future reference. I can't wait to start putting my new knowledge to practice!
