ABSOLUTELY wonderful customer…

ABSOLUTELY wonderful customer service!!!!!! Particularly Emily.I forgot to order a gift box as it was a present for my daughter.I didn't want to pay for another delivery fee.Emily very quickly and kindly refunded the delivery cost .Thank you. The pyjamas are Beautiful, soft and soooo cute.Definitely order the gift box if giving as a present.

Fantastic PJ’s!

Received my PJ’s through today and over the moon with them! Really pleased with the quality and super happy with the print (Enchanted Glade) - it’s gorgeous!

Ordered a size 16 which fits true to size and the sizing chart online was really helpful when ordering. Delivery was great and the ordering process was very straightforward and ’ll definitely be ordering again in future!

I absolutely love Chelsea Peers and…

I absolutely love Chelsea Peers and have delighted friends over the years with their fun PJ’s. Always great qualty and fun designs.
I had one blip where DPD messed up an important delivery.
Emily in customer services reacted immediately and resolved the problem with great courtesy and professionalism.

Quick delivery

Quick delivery. Beautifully packaged. Fabric gorgeous. They also answer queries quickly although they misread what you actually said a bit. So had to email again.

Upon another purchase there was an issue. I must say their response and customer service is exceptional. Thank you.

High quality and amazing customer service!

I recently ordered some swimwear from Chelsea Peers and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The quality of the products is amazing – the fabric feels premium, really well made, and worth every penny. One of my bikini tops did arrive in the wrong size, but when I reached out to customer service, they responded so quickly and with such understanding (thank you Emily!). Since the original item had gone out of stock, they issued me a refund without any hassle and even helped organise a return and exchange for another bikini top I wanted in a different size. They were incredibly friendly and so helpful throughout the whole process, which made everything stress-free.

My second order arrived even faster than the first one and to my surprise, it even came with a lovely free gift – such a thoughtful touch!

Overall, I’m super impressed with both the quality of the products and the customer service. 10/10 would recommend shopping at Chelsea Peers and I’ll definitely be buying more from them in the future!

Great customer service

I’ve just received the most beautiful soft dressing gown, great design. I wanted this last year but was sold out so snapped it up when I saw it so pleased with it. The first parcel I ordered didn’t arrive due to courier error but contacted Chelsea Peers and they responded very quickly and sent out another next day delivery which was much appreciated . Great customer service (Emily) , will definitely order from this company again.

Poor customer service

Have been in contact regarding a gift card that my mother cannot access to use the credit - she has emailed customer care 3 times (since 8th July) and had no response.

Very poor/non existent customer service

Amazing customer service

My parcel went missing after it was delivered to my sister who lives in a communal block of houses. I emailed customer service and they sent a replacement with no problem which was really appreciated as it was a birthday present. Thank you so much.

Appalling Lack of Communication

Order #504316
I ordered a set of pyjamas for my daughter's birthday placing my order at 11.38am. Foolishly, I neglected to include the required garment size, accidently ordering the website's default size (size 6). I searched for a means to cancel the order but I couldn't find such an option.
I emailed Chelsea Peers at 13.05pm explaining what I'd done requesting they amend my order to the correct size. I received no reply.
At 19.46pm that evening I received an email from Chelsea Peers to say the item ordered had been despatched. I immediately emailed (marked 'urgent') Chelsea Peers to enquire if they'd changed the garment size as I requested earlier in the day. I received an automated reply at 21.07pm to say, 'our team will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible'. To date I have not received a reply from Chelsea Peers. I have now started the return process to send the item back as soon as I receive it.
Whilst my own negligence was the cause of ordering the wrong garment, the Chelsea Peers ordering system should not have a default item size which enables customers to complete a transaction without being obliged to enter the required garment size. Most online websites I've used incorporate these mandatory data fields in their ordering process which must be filled to allow completion of the transaction, not so with Chelsea Peers. The Chelsea Peers website also needs to have a more transparent order cancellation/return function as the return process was not intuitive to find, nor could I find an option to cancel my order once placed/confirmed.

Very poor customer service when things go wrong

Order placed 7/6, Evri claimed to have delivered the parcel on 14/6 to an unknown location. After 3 weeks of chasing it appeared in a bin shed 400m from my house. I kept Chelsea Peers updated throughout.
The pyjamas didn't fit and so needed an exchange for a smaller pair whereupon Emily of Chelsea Peers said the return window had expired. Highlighting this was irrelvant given I wanted an exchange and unreasonable given it was their courier that caused the delay.
I emailed confirmation of wanting an exchange on 8/7 and Chelsea Peers received the parcel back on 12/7. They have not replied to my email of 8/7 and I have not received the replacement pair. There has been complete silence.

Watch out - not to be recommended

Ordered a present for my wife's birthday and 12 days later Chelsea Peers have finally acknowledged that the parcel, which was shipped by them via EVRI, has been lost by the carrier. They offered a refund, which was initially £3.95 less than I had originally paid, but when challenged on the shortfall they quickly paid this too. Very disappointing experience overall and would not recommend this organisation to anyone.

Customer Service at Chelsea Peers

I recently returned an article I had purchased from Chelsea Peers for my daughter's birthday, which turned out to be a little small for her. Although I had missed the deadline for returning goods, the Chelsea Peers customer service team (Emily) were kind enough to give me a voucher for that amount which I intend to spend on an alternative purchase. I cannot speak highly enough of the customer service I received and the promptness and efficiency of their service.
My daughter and I remain enthusiastic customers of the Chelsea Peers brand.

Strawberry prints are a HIT

Absolutely loving my strawberry print pjs.
So much so i want another set plus the shortie set.
Normally id stay away from long sleeves in the summer.
But the fabric of these is such great quality.
Their supersoft yet so lightweight, therefore very comfortable and breathable
So pretty too.
Worth every penny.
Want more designs x

Really poor customer service

Really poor customer service - I emailed three times to cancel my order before dispatch - once within a minute of placing my order when I realised I made a mistake but I haven't had any reply - not even an acknowledgment. I bought a pair of pyjamas from this brand via John Lewis which were pretty pricey for what they were but therefore thought I was safe going direct for items JL don't stock. I was wrong! Very disappointed.
