I have been buying from Chelsea Peers for some time now. I have always loved each and every item I have bought. However, the proof of a company's quality is in how they deal with an "issue." My recent purchase unfortunately slipped through their quality control. It happens. I sent an email with images on Sunday evening. I was responded to first thing Monday morning. Received an apology and offered two solutions. No request for further images, no need to send the item back before they replace it. Replaced with an apology and no further inconvenience. Excellent customer service, which is incredibly rare these days! Thank you Emily, you made me feel like a valued customer. Something that very few companies do these days! I couldn't recommend CP more!

ABSOLUTE JOKE for so much money paid!
Lovely at FIRST sight, touch, wear.. After few washes threads and wires started to come out, I wish I took pictures when I was cutting out free rest of my laundry completely tangled in shirt’s threads. Bottoms turned so humongous, that they were falling off me at 9 months pregnant. I ordered size 10-SMALL 🤣 I am 166cm and was 68kg at the end of pregnancy. My cheap ASOS pyjamas are better quality. Absolutely ridiculous price for what you get! And I hoped to wear it with my second pregnancy 🤣
Shopping experience review:
Ordered 2 pregnancy sizes, kept one which fitted well, returned the other one. (No problems with refund and nice packaging was only good thing about my experience) After few washes, pyjama turned HUMONGOUS with wires coming out during washing, tangling all the laundry together, I wish I took pictures of cutting my laundry free-never seen anything like that before 🤣 Absolutely overpriced pyjama for what you get. It last few washes, than this pyjama turns to nightmare!

An item arrived that was faulty and a return, replacement and label was sent within an hour of me sending my first email.

Disappointed with how long the products last considering the price. A set of the bottoms has only lasted 3 months and a couple of washes. Expected a bit more when spending £50 on pajamas
edit - Reached out to the email in the reply with the issue and got a replacement within 2 days, great customer service

So far my experience with Emily has been outstanding. I had ordered my daughter some maternity pjs but as she was away for her birthday I ended up giving them to her past the 28 days allowed for returns. She loves the company but unfortunately they didn’t fit but because they don’t do exchanges and requested if I could return for a credit note which they have kindly agreed to do. I have posted item back to them and am awaiting further action but so far they could not have been more helpful.

I am refreshingly shocked at the friendly, professional and efficiency that Emily at customer service dealt with the issue. I brought a friend a pyjama set and upon arrival it was mis matched in size. I sent an email which was responded to very quickly. The matter was very quickly resolved and I was offered a refund or replacement. I choose replacement which was sent to the friends address with next day delivery. Obviously the mistake shouldn’t have happened but we are human, how Chelsea peers rectified the matter is most important and they did this extremely well.

My first package got lost by the transporter and I've rarely seen such a fast responding and kind customer service. The Chelsea Peers team went out of their way to help me find the package and when it was clear that that wouldn't be possible they sent me a replacement order straight away which arrived safely and is perfect. Would definitely order again !

Great product - cute designs and wash well.
Had brilliant customer service online - both quick responses and eager to help when I requested a product exchange rather than return.
Would recommend and look forward to ordering more of their new product releases throughout the year.

Amazing service, quick delivery and the most soft and luxurious dressing gowns. Had an issue with one of my orders as they accidentally sent the wrong size, they resent the correct size the next day and let me keep both items, amazing service, quick response and amazing quality items. Will definitely order again

I love Chelsea Peers … it’s by far my favourite pyjama brand … so comfortable, I never want to take them off. My latest pair are so very soft and stylish ..I use them as lounge wear. Put them on in early evening to relax .. amazing . I can’t recommend enough .

What can I say about this service amazing
I sent a email because I had a problem with a item I have not received through Yodel
I got an email within 24hr telling me they were looking into the problem with Yodel
Then sent another email saying they have sent another pair of pj's out which I will receive in 2-3 working day as a good will gesture amazing service.
Plus my partner loves theses pj's she gives them 10/10 she says amazing quality

Where do I even begin! As gifts I wanted to order 4 pairs of pajamas - not a inexpensive purchase. The order would only process in 2 parts so I had to pay 22 euros in delivery on EACH order. I then needed to order another 2 pairs another 22 euro delivery charge. Last year, delivery was FREE. I forgot my password, my bad, the reset link didn't send me a new code, so I had to make another account. Now I have points on two separate emails. The tracking with DPD for all 3 orders is not updated. I keep getting alerts saying 'being deliver on 22 January'. No, nothing received. I cant track the parcels as there is no ongoing local tracking number (I live in Greece). I can't get into the first email address, even now, so can't check for info. I emailed CP and got a reply from an agent called Emily, who told me she would get in touch with DPD, and get back to me. That's another no, with tumbleweeds blowing. Re-emailed Emily but again, no response. So 6 pairs of PJs were ordered, but no goods, or apology, nothing.
UPDATE:
A partial refund of postage, 15 percent off next order! but still no sign of the 3 missing orders, and the same old 'allow 24/72 hours while we look into it for you. I was told this 6 days ago and am now being told it again with the clock starting from today the 27th.
2nd UPDATE: Can the service at CP get any worse! Today I got an automated message saying the goods were being refunded. I didn't want a refund, I wanted the items I ordered, paid for, and have been relentlessly chasing. Some of the items were gifts, and now the other retailer selling the items no longer has them. I am guessing I have had a reply on here as I emailed the company's CEO. I didn't even get an explanation of why I was having a refund. How this company even trades on-line is a mystery to me.

Trying to get hold of customer services is impossible. The WhatsApp link won’t work and there is no way of knowing if the message sent has gone through.
Frustrated as the wrong item has been sent.

I ordered the beautiful blue giraffe pajamas from Chelsea Peers for myself for my birthday (from what I assumed to be the NY store as that is where I was directed online). I wrote to make sure the the sizes at the NY store would still be a UK size. They said yes, and sent the size conversion chart. The chart says a US Size 12 is a UK size 16, so that is what I ordered. Well, what I got was a US size 16. They were way way too big. And they said XLarge, 16. This was definitely NOT a US size 12. When I reached out to customer service email they did not address the fact that either their size chart is wrong or their US store does not use UK size. They just said if I send them back for a refund that I am responsible for shipping fee to the UK along with any taxes, duties, etc. Terrible customer service. If you send someone the completely wrong size from what they ordered, they should not pay for the mistake. Especially after the customer wrote to make sure about size. Never again will I buy anything here.
