Chepstow Trade Centre Ltd Opiniones

Mark was incredibly helpful, accommodating and friendly from responding to my initial enquiry, all the way to finalising the deal in person. He cheerfully, patiently and openly answered all the questions that my highly-discerning taxi driver dad threw at him.

The whole process from reserving a car and arranging finance/warranty to signing the paperwork and driving off was quick, smooth and painless. Two months in, I absolutely adore the car I acquired through Chepstow Trade Centre and can see me sticking with it for several years to come.

As such, I honestly can't recommend this little gem of a dealership in Caerleon enough. If you want a straightforward, relaxed car-buying experience without the hard sell, Chepstow Trade Centre is all you need.

Tim was very communicative, pleasant to deal with and honest about the car we enquired about.
The reservation process was straightforward and the viewing on the vehicle simply reaffirmed the accurate description.
Just be prepared for the hand breaking welcome from Tim.

Bought my first car with Chesptow trade center a Peugeot 208 2014, all the team couldn't help me enough. mark made the whole experience funny and easy, dealing with our concerns immediately and also made it a whole family experience. I would 100% recommend Chepstow trade center to any one looking to buy a car. The car was in amazing condition

Excellent experience at Chepstow trade centre; although we didn’t end up purchasing as they didn’t have quite what we wanted in stock, the service was great. Very responsive to my enquiry - back to me within minutes and kept me updated throughout out the week with the progress of the cars prep which was appreciated. let me have a decent length of time test driving the car we were considering. Very knowledgeable on answering my questions about the car / other options that might be avoidable within my requirements.

Having been searching for some time for a VW Polo for my daughter as her 2nd car, now that she has just started full time employment, I eventually found one at Chepstow Trade Centre.

I asked a load of questions online and was surprised to get answers back after hours on Friday night from Tim who was super genuine and honest about the car.

So much so that we drove an hour to get to the garage and after a test drive with zero pushy sales pitch, we decided to make the purchase.

As I said at the time, it was a really pleasureable experience and can 100% recommend both Tim, and Mark who we dealt with on the day, as knowledgeable and straight sales guys selling genuine cars. Cheers.

Just bought a Vauxhall mokka x from Tim and Mark, both very great communication and great people to deal with, Tim has been very helpful and supportive with helping me find the right car. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Friendly and professional staff. Car was exactly what the advert described.
I have not had any issues with the car and generally I am very pleased. .

Bought my Mini Cooper this week from Chepstow trade centre and I couldn’t be happier! From start to finish, the service from Mark and Tim was spot on. Both were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly knew what they were talking about. They were informative & really helpful throughout the process, and made everything feel easy and stress-free.

I got an amazing, reasonable deal within my budget and the car was fully serviced and MOT’d with a 2 year gold warranty which gave me total peace of mind. I part exchanged my previous car with ease and the paperwork was sorted efficiently with Mark. The Mini was topped up with petrol before leaving which was the cherry on top! The Mini itself is absolutely lush — drives beautifully and I genuinely love it.

Couldn’t recommend these guys enough. Top service and a car I’m over the moon with - thank you so much

Very pleasant to deal with - not a pushy sales man. Would recommend them

Looking for a reasonable second hand car after reading reviews I went to Chepstow Trade Centre Ltd Ponthir. Tim was very friendly and professional and gave me sound advice before I purchased a car. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a used car at a reasonable price.

Helpful and honest service. A friend recommended them and the car-buying process was easy and hassle-free. The car has been great so far and I’m satisfied with the purchase.

We needed a second car and having read the reviews and looked online at the cars CTC had to offer, my wife and I walked over to have a look in person. Tim was great from the second he came out of the office to the time we left having bought the car we chose in the price range we were willing to pay.

Mark and the team were a pleasure to deal with. I found them via Autotrader as I was looking for a specific car that they had the a good example of at a great price. I put a reservation on he car via Autotrader website and Mark got back to me via email and we arranged a visit to see the car, it was all defrosted and ready to go. I agreed to buy, they arranged for it to be serviced etc before I came to collect it a few days later. Genuinely nice group of people and the whole process was straightforward. It felt honest and relaxed the whole time without feeling pressured into making any decisions. Thank you all, I'm really happy with my new car

Very helpful and honest. Recommended by a friend. Process of buying a car painless. So far car purchased is excellent.

Bought my son’s first car from here. We are very pleased with it. Mark was very helpful answering all my many questions! Friendly professional service, will definitely return when looking for my next car.

Really friendly sales people, not pushy or liars. Let us make our own decisions in our own time and extremely accommodating for us including giving us as much time as we needed to sort some insurance out. Decent, honest and make a great cup of tea. Wouldn't hesitate to buy from again.
