Having been in contact with Abigail when we were looking at cars for myself previously, when the time came for my Mum to downsize her car we knew exactly who to speak to.
Abigail quickly found my Mum her perfect small car, talked her through it's features, gave us a really fair deal on the part-exchange, and made the payment and collection process straight-forward and stress-free.
Mum is so happy with her new car and is still talking about how wonderful Abigail was!

We were looked after by Marius having booked an appointment & test drive. Marius was very friendly, easy to chat with without being pushy & explained all our options. From first appointment through to collection of our new car was good. Also highly recommend the coffee!!

I visited the bognor store after seeing a car I was interested in.
Ned gave me the keys to test drive and answered any questions I had. I called back the next day to buy the car and he was very informative and explained everything through. The whole transaction was really easy and there was a few things I asked to have improved which he was more than happy to do.

I recently purchased a Tucson from Adam Madiar who was efficient, friendly and knowledgable. Great service, will come back again. Definitely recommend. Thank you!

I bought a used MG4 from Richmonds MG Guildford in April 2026. There were problems with the car from the start. E.g. It would not pair to my mobile, the heating doesn’t work properly, the boot lock did not work properly and the software was 3 versions out of date and would not allow me to update it. They had the car back for a month and when they finally returned it the only problem that was fully solved was the pairing.
I took the car back in with the remaining issues and was told they were sorted.
Six months later, they are still there and the radio has stopped working, but when I tried to book the car in to be looked at in September, but was advised they had no availability until December.
I thought buying a car from a dealer meant that thorough checks would have been performed and that the car would be in good order, but am very disappointed that this is clearly not the case.

Went to look and traded my car to upsize. Maz Miah was very good and patient with us whilst finding us the best options possible to suit our budget. Would recommend.

Come in couple weeks ago to trade my car in for a new one at the Totton branch and Will and Delbir made every aspect of it run smoothly.
