Terrible customer service. Used the online chat feature last week and it states that you will receive answers in 24 hours. Never got an answer. Hard to trust a company who won't even respond.

Good communication
Good communication, product seems to be pretty good, simple setup. Only complaint is they sent me the wrong panel. They picked up the return but I haven't seen anything yet as to if they sent out the right one yet.

NO PRODUCT RECEIVED, POOR COMMUNICATION
1. Order was rescheduled 3 times, each time the driver said they were unable to offload it and said they would have to have a different truck or an electric device.
2. After the third canceled delivery, they then tried to cancel and refund the order without informing me. I only know because I called to get an update on the delivery, and they told me they put in a refund request. I informed them that I do not want a refund, I want the product. If I need to rent a forklift I will do so but that should have been communicated to me before the first delivery, which it was not. Nor was it communicated any of the other times.
3. I still do not have the product and no one can tell me when I will. The product is needed for a job that is supposed to start this coming Monday!

The transaction was great
The transaction was great. Although there were a few hiccups, it was no problem. All the questions I had were answered and the issued resolved immediately. Either through a phone call, email or text.
I would definitely do business with them again and recommend them. Also, the product I received is of high quality, and very easy to assemble.

It was delivered when they said it would be. And was as described. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it has some minor damage but you did take care of. I would buy from you again.
