Poor communication, product arrived damaged , no notice on delivery

We are about 2/3 of the way through the installation of one of two 13 x 20 storage buildings. We had a malformed piece (the same one in both boxes) and had to wait a little over a week for the company to replace them while the remaining good weather slipped by. The instructions were hard to follow, and we had to take a few parts back off to put back correctly. They say it takes 2 people 2 days. I'd say that with the experience we gained on this one, 3 people might take 3 days if they are young and fit. We are in our 70's and have been working weeks. One piece of advice is to put something between the base and concrete. We used roofing paper. We made the mistake of laying the aluminum parts out on the concrete and they started corroding overnight. Many of the parts are pretty flimsy, but so far, everything seems like it will be sturdy once the thousands of parts are assembled. We found a YouTube video that was helpful.

I attempted to purchase 20 ft x 8 ft flap to attach to the Chery end cap. I received another end cap. I called to return the endcap, and was advised there would be a $400.00 shipping fee in addition to the 15% restocking fee. At those costs there is no use to return it.
