The Cheshire Removals staff were wonderfully patient at a stressful time when trying to fix a date for a three-day move. They came good with the short time available after confirmation and their two very helpful men took me all the way to the Isle of Mull using the Oban ferry. No hesitation in recommending them.

All went smoothly and care taken with fragile items.

We have never used the services of a removal company before, and this was a really positive experience at a stressful time. We had a difficult exchange/completion process but the booking team were great. Their flexibility was really appreciated around finalising the date.
On the day the move team were friendly and efficient. I didn’t think you could empty a house that swiftly! The team took good care of our belongings and everything was transferred safely. Our thanks to you all. Would definitely recommend 🙌🏻

Service absolutely fantastic from Paula and Janet, and the chaps who moved us were top notch, I would highly recommend this company !!!

The men were nice enough but the service was extremely sloppy. TV protector which was paid for, wasn’t there (I got a refund). I taped bolts for a glass table that was dismantled onto the table as they were just left on the kitchen floor. TV remote control and soundbox control were left on the floor and not packed. I had to go to the storage unit the next day to drop off remote controls, a rug and a vacuum cleaner that was left in the kitchen by the men in their haste to get going.
I had to ask for my pillows to be put in a box and not left unpacked in the storage unit.
I expected a more professional, seamless service.

The team at Cheshire Removals were brilliant from start to finish. The team came the day before and did a solid job packing, then were back promptly on the day of the move getting everything loaded up. Then, when the people moving out of our new house were heavily delayed in leaving the property, the guys were very professional, and then when we were finally were able to help unpacking, they were quick and efficient. Would strongly recommended

Always answered the phone quickly and in a genuine warm and friendly way. The team doing the removing were quick, careful and just as friendly. True professionals with a human touch, all at a reasonable price. Very accommodating and highly recommended.

It was a positive experience from first contact on the phone to the final delivery of items. The office staff were helpful and informative. The two people undertaking the delivery went above and beyond in their helpfulness and commitment.

Excellent service. Came in packed up, and got on with the job. Unloaded at the other end and rebuilt our beds etc Great team of lads. Would not hesitate in recommending them. 105m boxes, large amount of furniture. No damage.
