The sign of a good company is their customer service when something goes wrong - something went awry with the supplier and ches quinn went above and beyond to sort it out. And I love my table too - I had seen it on other sites at a more expensive price but I chose well with this company.

Very quick delivery, beautiful wood Chester drawers great service

Ordered on Tuesday, arrived Thursday. Well packed, without using excessive polystyrene, really innovative use of recyclable packing materials. Then the reveal of a beautiful cabinet and media unit, better than the photo on the website. Very sturdy, quality at a compelling price.

Order was dispatched immediately with good tracking info.
Arrived on time and was extremely well packed.

Can not recommend more. I firstly used the chat service which was brilliant. Gareth was so helpful and was able to tell me delivery time and stock levels (at 9:50 at night may I add!!). After a slight confusion with my address I received a phone call to double check they had it correct and I received my items within 2 days of ordering - I ordered a large piece of furniture which is such good quality and was very well packed.. 10/10! Will be using again! Thanks Gareth!

Really lovely items at reasonable prices. Ordered two chest of draws but sadly there was a back order so decided to withdraw. Really helpful and refunded my money straight away.

I came to ChesQuin in desperation after being kept waiting 2 months by another company. They checked stock for me, I paid and it was with me in less than a week. Very grateful! Lovely furniture and faultless service.

An excellent cabinet, very efficient service with good communication of the progress of the order throughout. The cabinet came in four pieces which was easy to put together and is very well made. It is an impressive piece of furniture!

Over the moon with the furniture, we ordered the chestnut diamond carved console table (which is also perfect as a small dressing table!) and matching bedside tables. The communication from Heather was fantastic. She called to discuss the delay due to coronavirus, that only affected part of our order. She then kept us updated on the progress of delivery. The items affected arrived sooner than expected and we are super happy with everything. They’re easy to build and look great.
