If only there was Zero here. Total scam. I feel like an idiot. I have been emailing since mid July to find out where my order is. Zero response. So many Zeros here - I feel like an idiot for succumbing to something that looked nice. Apparently French, but made in China. Can they be reported to the French Police as a scam company?

Paid £55 and never received anything, they now tell me they can only give me 60% refund as I bought in the sale LOL!!!! I don't think so Chevalier, you best open under another trade name very soon. Anyone buying from insta link beware and don't buy if no contact telephone number where you can actually speak to a human being! I have learnt my lesson and look forward to my refund and this business being closed down!!!

I’ve order “The beach dress” which - although still lovely - definitely doesn’t look exactly like in the pictures.
It’s way overpriced (I found a cheaper version of the same dress on amazon and it never even saw a field of cotton (they claim on the website the material is 65% cotton).
Took about 3 weeks to arrive.
When I emailed customer service they replied the next day, I give them that.

Their clothes are cheap (but not that cheap!) knock offs off Alemais. I didn’t realise this until after my purchase. It took weeks to arrive but the item was awful quality and poorly made. It was not as described (I.e. the material they said it was on the website, is not the material they said it would be) and as such, I have a statutory right to receive a full refund and I have requested this but I’m doubtful that they will respond or facilitate this. I absolutely encourage others to do the same and just don’t buy from them. You also can’t @ them or comment on anything on Instagram - report their page as spam.

I didn't buy anything. Well I did, but I read the reviews and panicked. I emailed them immediately that Friday night saying I'd bought by mistake (it was) and by Monday lunchtime I had email confirmation of my refund. UPDATE: It's Wednesday and I've got my refund.

Total scam. Item ordered not delivered. Chinese made and complete dishonest rubbish. Wish I had checked here first. If item ever arrives I shall be literally amazed. Wondering where this sits and on the legality scale. My view is 000

I ordered online and came across these reviews and tried to cancel - they say they can’t because the order has shipped, but I checked and it hasn’t. This is a scam, I called my credit card and they refunded my order

Brutal experience. Ordered three sets - only received two and both were of very poor quality - polyester, not material described on website. Requested a refund and was told that discounted items couldn’t be returned but that they would refund 60% of what I paid and I could keep the (unwearable) items! Now I can’t get a response as to how I get refunded and if my third set will arrive. I’m raising a claim through my credit card company.

This is a Scam site.
No goods on the way and no response from customer care. It says they are French. They are Chinese I think.
If you have recently placed an order retrieve the funds with your bank. They know about these scammers. Good luck.

The same people as Lucille Mercier who have recently rebranded to Lucille DuPont because of so many negative reviews. Ordered the item, was sent the wrong size and they told me they wouldn’t deal with it and that they didn’t accept returns, despite it being their mistake. After 5 follow up emails saying that it was their mistake, no answer and they have since rebranded. Scam scam scam.

This is a scam, as others have stated. They are ripping off a legitimate brand, Alemais. I have been unable to process a return either because they do not respond.

Spam site. Caught out by professional looking instagram. Once received it was clear the dresses were cheap and mass produced. On contacting them they said 'As it is written in our return policy, we do not accept returns on discounted products. But there is an option available: We can refund 60% of your money with the product staying with you.'
All of the stuff on their site is on sale, shock!
I have replied with the fact that they have lied on their site, they specify the dresses are made 60% cotton and 40% polyester, when received the tag said 100% polyester. We shall see if they return my money, if not I will go through my credit card company.

This is a total scam and fake company. Ordered a dress 3 weeks ago and never received anything and zero accurate response! It mentioned it is based in France but they sent a tracking number from a Chinese mail which doesn’t show any progress!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They keep changing their name on instagram (7 times!!) and they closed their comments so nobody can complain!!

Exactly as previous reviews, this company is a complete scam. Placed an order online and did not receive it - tracking shows that it is stuck with 'Yun Express'. No response from customer service, and unable to comment on instagram. Thankfully I was able to arrange a chargeback through my credit card provider.

Ordered from instagram… states based in France then got a notice from in china, tried to contact customer service to cancel, ask why in china and if legit or a scam …. Days to get reply just pic of parcel apparently going to airport. Do not order from this cannot comment on their sites all just !! Purchased 3 dresses as well ! I did research before and couldn’t find anything . The site looks so professional and convincing do not be fooled.got the 3 dresses today very thin and bad quality. Look cheap and the shorts look like pjs in fact my pjs satin thinker. They are 100 polyester and the labels just say made in china. One dress I can’t even fasten up I’m a small size 8 and they look like they fit a child. No return slip or labels… comes in grey plastic bag ! I’ve emailed to complain but I don’t expect any response as they haven’t answered any of my questions. This is clearly a company in china copying a posh label. The Evri deliver states Sub1 as can’t locate the company its bond from . I feel totally ripped off !!!!

Scam scam scam! I placed an order, it took over a month to arrive and looked NOTHING like the images on the site. VERY POOR quality. Customer service non-existent and I’m currently trying to get a refund with no one getting back to me so it looks like it’ll be impossible to get my money back 😢.

One small designer was promoting then so they might be using some influencers, that's how me and my friend got caught. When questioned that designer said she is not sure it's legit.

They have a well crafted insta page. If you just check their insta and are in the rush, they can create an illusion that they are legitimate. However, they are just copying a high end brand Alemais, hence the good quality posts and most of them uploaded on the same day.

Have multiple identicals sites too like Lucille Dupont (dot) com and few others, so it is clearly a ring of scams.

All the shops have few or more comments warning of the scam and some people actually receive some items but extremely bad quality, nothing like advertised.

Temu and AliExpress type of clothing.

After this experience I contacted customer support to cancel my order and to my surprise they cancelled it and I have managed to RECEIVE A FULL REFUND. Again, I would really question before ordering from them. Just the fact that the clothes and pictures are taken from high end shop,many duplicate shops with different names and same layout and etc. It was 50/50 if we will receive the clothes we ordered and even if we received a high chance that the qualuty would have been not the best.

Bought a dress from this site after seeing it advertised on Instagram. Clearly fell for a scam as what looked like a high end item in the images turned out to be a poorly made and bad quality dress bundled into a package clearly from a mass produced factory. I have contacted them for a refund - they’ve told me I can keep the item and they will refund me 60% but not 100% as their terms state if something is discounted then you can’t get a full refund. Hey presto - everything on their website is ‘discounted’ I’ve now realised. This also wasn’t clear under the refund section. I also realised from doing more research since that lots of their designs or even imagery/marketing has been copied from a legitimate brand called Alemais. It’s clearly a fraudulent brand copying another brand and using their images etc. I can’t even comment on any of their images on Instagram as comments have been limited on all. Do not buy from them!
