The clothes are expensive and look like they were made in a sweat shop. I put a review on their page stating this exact review and they deleted it. This company is a scam! The clothes look amazing and chic online but garbage in person. Please save your money and shop somewhere else!

I have ordered several times from Chic Soul. Their clothes are super cute and good quality. Some items are a bit pricey, but they offer frequent discounts and sales...you just have to be on the lookout. I find that their clothes run one size smaller than I normally wear. Returns are not easy. Buyer beware...you can only return an item for store credit, no refunds! And, they do not offer exchanges...you have to return an item (paying to ship) and then reorder (once again, paying for shipping). I used a discount code to order a sweater that was too big. I returned it, and sent a couple of emails to inquire about reusing the discount code to repurchase (in time for a trip). But, I never got a response.

I can't believe all of these negative reviews! I hate it when complaints are unjustified. First of all, this company is NOT based in China- it is in Auburn, AL. The clothing is a little pricey but it is cute, stylish and quality fashion for plus size women which is not always easy to find so totally worth the price in my opinion. I've never had a problem with fit. Each peice tells you what size the model is wearing and gives her height and #size, and even if the garment has stretch or not. Everything I've ever ordered has arrived quickly and usually with coupon codes to use with my next purchase which is pretty nice. For those complaining about the return policy, it is clearly stated on their website for anyone who takes the time to look. And if you are not doing your due diligence and research concerning what you purchase then it's your own fault. I love Chic Soul and will support their small business whenever I can.

Received as a gift and were too large. Tried to return. Rep was rude. Wanted to return and get $ back on card it was purchased on. They showes me where in microscopic letters they onlynreturn in store credits. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE.

This Company does not care about Customer Service. I received a pair of shoes that were damaged and they wouldn’t refund my money. They sent me a gift card instead. I’m not even a plus size I’m a size 8. Very disappointed!

Relatively happy with items purchases. Disgusted by the 135.14 bill for duty, fees, pst, etc. I would be advised as a Canadian, think twice about ordering from this Company. My clothing purchases were around 200. I feel ripped off.

I Purchased two maxi dresses and a top from Chic Soul this summer, they looked so nice on the website! The amount of the items were way above average, but I used AfterPay payment was not a problem. The problem was even though they were in my size, none of the items fit properly. I have not worn a single piece I received from them yet. When I called to exchange or return, I was told I needed to pay to send the items back. I refuse to do that. So I took the loss and donated the clothing. Even now, the items shown on the site are really nice, but never again will I order from them.

I'm actually really surprised at all of the negative reviews. I've ordered maybe a dozen pieces off of this site over the last 6 months and liked everything. I didn't have any issues with sizing or quality. I've mistakingly ordered cheap clothes from a Chinese site before and Chic Soul is NOTHING like that. I've never had to return anything so I can't speak for the return policy.

I received a bill from Fedex today for customs duty in the amount of $80 on an order that was $165. This is ridiculous and nowhere was I informed that there would be duty on top of the order. I will never order from this company again and recommend you seriously review the details of your shipment and ask them if there is duty before ordering... unless you’d like to pay way too much for the product. One top was a very strange fabric as well. Not a happy customer

Clothes are VERY cheaply made, paid $50 for a sweater that looks like it will fall apart in the first wash. SAVE YOUR MONEY. Clothes look so cute on site but don’t bother find somewhere else.

Love love love there clothes I’ve spent about 1000. With them within a years time now but they offer Afterpay a payment plan and free shipping. Super nice quality clothes love the fabrics and sizing all wash really well and are very cute and trendy but different from your average target or mall fashions which I love all the compliments I get. I’m hooked on them for sure!! They do send me coupons with every order and by text at times too and do give aways. I haven’t won yet lol but hoping

Literally something you'd expect from a China company! They offer no refunds at all and nothing if you purchased on sale items! SAVE YOUR MONEY!

All the reviews on FB are wonderful... this should have been a red flag to me... but it wasn’t.
I take the blame for not digging deeper and doing more research on Chic Soul.
The clothes on the models and the 5 star reviews do not in any way possible match the items I received.
Low quality, shapeless, and the jeans were not even close to what I ordered.
I received my order in days but it resembled Walmart clearance and not high end boutique which is what I paid for.
Returns are impossible.. they only give credit and you eat the shipping charges.
You also cannot return any sale items, so I ate $170.00.
So disgusted.

Prices are too high for quality. You can only get a gift card or credit with them for returns. You have to pay for postage etc to return items. No thank you, Chic Soul!...moving on...

I wear a 14 with room in the waist. My first order of jeans from here was a bit off so I returned them to go the next size up as the sizing is a bit off ( small) so I returned them. Ordered a 1x next time around they didn’t go over my hips. Completely incorrect sizing on everything. Dim that are listed in the description are not as listed in the description. I have order and re-order 5 times ( first order of 212.00 ) Now since my first order as the first order only had 1 item that fit and I kept ( a dress ) When I returned my items that didn’t fit. I had to pay for shipping and did not receive a credit on my next purchase for my troubles of needing to return the items that didn’t fit. ( as you do not get a refund, only a credit to purchase again. I knew that going in by reading other reviews ) i was deed was refunded the money right away but shorted 12 dollars. ( and shipping for the return ) now out 20.00. For my first return. Didn’t want to argue with the company as the reviews were horrible on issues with your order / returns ( found this out after I ordered ) now 4 more returns later I’ve been shorted 78.00 on a 212.00 initial order. And.... when you get a credit for your return, need to spend all that credit at once. Or you will loose it. Had an 86 dollars credit, spent 74 of it. Tried to spent the rest and the code stated it was used and or expired.

Take the sizing issue out of this situation as most sites are ticket with sizing thermoses days. But you have a chemical smell in the clothes. No customer service. When you return you pay for shipping and do not get it back on your next order. And are shorted a few dollars each time you return. One top looked worn/ washed. Jeans fade fast and the material thins fast as well. Buyer beware. This is a disposable wardrobe company with inaccurate sizing and poor poor customer service. They also steal money. Would not recommend to any ever.

This company is a SCAM. the quality of the clothes is awful and the return policy is atrocious to say the least. BEWARE THIS COMPANY and THEIR PRODUCTS. Even the customer service will just copy and paste responses without actually assisting you.

I have ordered from Chic Soul for the past 2 years and I love them! Their return policy is for a gift card code and that is okay with me because I can always find something else I love! My last package was a bit late which is unusual for them. But the delay was caused by USPS and COVID. They are based in the USA.

I was super excited to try out the clothes! The pictures and the variety looked amazing. I received my items after purchasing online (boo - covid) as there are no stores to even try on these things and found that the fit/style was not right. I emailed to look to return the items, but only just learned that unless you paid full price (i.e. no sale or discount code used) you cannot return or exchange the item, even if unworn, tags on, etc. And even if you did pay full price, you can only get a gift card, you can't return or exchange, ever.

Also when I tried to post this on their website, it blocked me from posting.... that's why it only has reviews that praise the company. That is just bad business.

DEFINITELY NOT BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY/SITE EVER AGAIN.

These clothes are hit or miss. Their return policy is absolutely awful. I have written a few negative reviews on their site about fit or style and they haven't published any of them! They did publish a positive review I submitted. I'm just infuriated by their business practices.
