It was a great all round experience he took his time with my son and really explained everything at an appropiate level for both of us.

Dr Bright was professional, patient and an expert in his professional advice and I was very impressed with his clinical expertise. He had a lovely manner with my baby and with myself, which I feel is so paramount given how anxious I was for this appointment and what the results were for my baby, I couldn’t reccomend Dr Bright more highly.

Due to huge NHS waitlists we booked a consultation and allergy testing for our 7 month old following a CMPA diagnosis at 12 weeks old and allergic reaction to egg at 6 months old.

Dr Bright simply put was fantastic. He took his time to complete an incredibly thorough consultation, answering questions and explaining his professional opinion in a way that was easily understood while really showing his expertise. Allergy testing itself was simple and painless, Dr Bright had a lovely manner chatting away with our little girl throughout (you can certainly tell he is a dad not just a doctor!)

Ultimately we cannot recommend the service enough. Having never used private health care, were somewhat worried we would be given the ‘hard sell’ and be told we needed extra appointments afterwards but benefits and limitations were discussed very openly (for us it wouldn’t achieve much more at this point).

We have had a few appointments with Dr Bright, he’s such a lovely person, he took the time to talk to my daughter, explained what he meant in terms she could understand and explained how we would move forward. He did lots of tests and kept us informed at each stage. Dr Bright’s secretary Helen has been excellent, she’s been so helpful in organising test/appointments etc.
if you get the chance to see Dr Bright nhs or privately I’d strongly recommend you take it as he is very thorough in what he does.

If only all doctors were like Dr Bright!

From the moment we met him, he put us completely at ease. He gave such a clear, thorough explanation of allergies, why they happen, what they mean, and how to manage them, which left us feeling so much more informed and confident.

He was absolutely fantastic with our daughter. He made her visit enjoyable and even turned the skin testing into something fun rather than stressful, which was incredible to see. His warm, friendly manner made such a difference.

Together we came up with a really practical action plan, and I left the appointment feeling far less anxious about the situation and reassured that we knew exactly what to do moving forward.

Dr Bright saw our baby girl for an allergy assessment. He was friendly, professional and had a lovely manner with our little girl. He took the time to explore our concerns fully and answer any questions, explaining things clearly. After 5 months of different creams and GP visits our daughters excema significantly improved after just a few days after meeting with Dr Bright. He was thorough in our discussions and lovely with our daughter.

Very reassuring tests carried out and Dr Bright explained everything from beginning to end. He took into account my son is autistic and tailored the meeting.

Meeting with Dr Bright has given us the knowledge and reassurance we needed to deal with our children’s CMPA and Eczema. He attends each stage of the consultation with more than enough attention to ensure the full consultation is as efficient as it could be. The team responded quickly and thoroughly to following questions and were equally professional and caring throughout.

Dr Andrew Bright provided excellent care and guidance. He was very thorough and appeared genuinely keen to help. He also has a lovely, friendly approach and we felt our grandson was in the best hands possible. He provided new guidance on eczema treatment and the allergy/intolerance tests proved highly insightful. Dr. Bright has really put my mind at ease. We visited his clinic as a family because my 7-month-old son has been struggling with eczema for 2–3 months and was recently diagnosed with a cow’s milk allergy. He has been prescribed antihistamines and adrenaline injections. All of this worried me deeply as a mum, and I was feeling lost. Dr. Bright provided us with a clear plan, shared lots of helpful educational information, and scheduled a follow-up appointment — all of which mean a great deal to me and my family.
