No customer service
Service worked ok for awhile but yes a lot of strobing/spinning and audio is not great. They have no contact. And no customer service. Similar to Starlink they are untouchable when there are problems. I used to be able to request shows but now they have you blocked unless you are VIP member for which they want too much money. Where are they hiding? I will NOT be renewing

I couldn't even install the free trial. Just dead ends in the instructions. "Go to ..." and it's not a selectable option. Terrible instructions, makes me wonder how bad the actual product would be.

Paid 6 months in advance. Big Mistake! It is unwatchable due to the constant spinning every 3-4 seconds. Worked okay at the beginning but problem just keeps getting worse. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! No phone number. Their “chat” feature is eternally offline and emails go unanswered

Audi and video are all out of sync. There is NO customer service from Cillltv. The is no way to contact them and they do not respond to questions. The took my money and there is NO WAY to get it back.
If there was less than 1 star that is what they would get. The only communication I have received is to let me know if I don't renew right away the cost will increase to $300.00. Don't be stupid!

I have not been able to download the app; I get no response from customer service; I can't get a refund; I can't get anyone to respond to me. I did not want to give one star; minus 5 would be more appropriate.

Amazing value for the money
I cannot even believe how transformative ChillTV has been. I am literally saving $100/month and getting way more for the little I am paying. You pay 90% less, get nearly the same quality, and way more titles. Love this Canadian IPTV service - I started with a 30 day trial and after 3 days committed to one-year pre-paid subscription and cancelled my other services. Enough said!

Advertising as they have 5 stars on trustpilot on their website but made it so hard to access reviews , seeing the real site for trust pilot shows they have no reviews and they're trying to scam people out of money for something amazon fire stick gives you without a subscription
