Don't waste your money.DO NOT WASTE YOU MONEY...PLEASE...THIS COUPLE ARE CON ARTISTS...great advertising but made out of cheap parts. .kettle not boiling after 1 year....toaster only toasts on one side...absolute rubbish...this couple should be ashamed of themselves for ripping off people who expected a quality product...who knows...I dream of asking them the question personally one day...

Kettle has broken suddenly and the company wont respond to me, I randomly got a reply from the managing director to say he's taking the month off! Well that's great for you Peter Groom but my kettle is broken.

Bought the Funky air fryer 4 months ago ago, didn’t really want one but as it was a reasonable price I purchased it I found it extremely good so surprised that that reviews I read rated it no good, so far I am very pleased with the results

Never use this company. I have a kettle that the lid doesn’t work properly and it’s meant to be quiet boil yet sounds like an aeroplane. Also my toaster has stopped working on the right hand side. I have emailed and being ignored. When I rang customer service it’s not even their company. Some other poor company has been having their number used in the manuals. Scam company!!!!!

nice looking appliances, but they're all style over substance. never been particularly happy with the performance of either my toaster (takes a long time and uneven browning on each side) or kettle (also seems slow to boil). well today, my kettle exploded after less than three years and knocked out the power! i had enough water in because it started to heat up and then bang!

Iv owned these products for 6 months from the beginning the Kettle would only work one way on the round base and the toaster after one month stopped working on the right hand side U could hit the side and it would work for a few more days but now the toaster doesn't work at all no matter what we do what a waste of money DO NOT BUY ..........

I would give this company no stars if I could. Bought an iron from them and after four months it stopped steaming. It is supposed to have a 2 year warranty so I emailed them. They do not get back to you, the phone number on the website is an invalid and despite them supposedly having an Instagram number that is invalid too. Unless you want to replace your funky iron after 4 months avoid this company at all costs. They are an absolute disgrace and may as well be con men.

Terrible product. Ignored all my emails for a return until my bank did a chargeback for me. Now after my return being signed for 4 weeks ago by them they are trying to take the money out of my account AGAIN.

Absolute garbage, look nice but the company obviously had them made to a low budget, very cheap poor product massively overpriced but I guess reviews are irrelevant now as they no longer exist….surprise surprise, if there is any still out there for sale. DO NOT BUY

Absolutely awful customer service. They do not make it easy to return unwanted items. I ordered kettle toaster set and the colour did not really match from the website. Cream was more like yellow. No return label and when I emailed the company they claimed I was out of the time frame of 2 weeks to return. I then sent them their own policy from their website that says we have 4 weeks. No apology. There was then back and forth emails to confirm items was not used. Had original box etc. Each email took 3 days to respond to despite my immediate replies. They refused to send a returns label and arranged a pick up without confirming the date was ok. Arranged for 23rd December I had to wait in all day so close to Christmas. After 2 weeks of hearing nothing I got no response to my emails and eventually found a contact number for customer services. They claimed they could not help as returns were dealt with by the returns department. When I asked to speak to staff from there they refused claiming it was not a customer contact office. They assured me my email would be responded to that day. A week later with no response I called again. Staff again refused to let me speak to someone in the returns department. I made a formal verbal complaint and finally they agreed to refund me. Overall it has taken 8 weeks, 9 email and 3 phone calls to FINALLY get my refund. Absolutely awful company!!!!

I bought both a silver kettle and taster from Funkie kettles, Indeed funkie unusal design which got many compliments, However, the company ignore all complaints you send them, I first contacted them under a year of buying the products as the lid of the kettle sticks, which is a way can be dangerous, if warm water is in it and you cannot open the lid. Thereafter they have ignored all my emails, Now the silver is peeling off the kettle so just a silver coating not actual chrome

I would like to thank funky iron company for producing a stylish iron which to me is a piece of art and not only looks good but also is the best iron I have ever used and look forward to your future designs as I think your company is up and coming and will recommend this to everyone I know regards regards DINO22 XX

First Funky iron was faulty, they would not refund only offered me a replacement which they sent and judging by the state of the box and iron it looked like it had been refurbished. Several months later and this iron is not fit for purpose and will be taken to the tip. You have to hold the button to use the steam not good for old hands and which now doesn't work. It is very heavy and although it looks a lovely "funky" iron they are a waste of money and to top it all they deleted my original honest review so not happy at all hence my review on Trustpilot. Please do not waste your money purchase from a reliable and reputable company.

Apalling, in fact zero customer service! I bought a kettle less than 6 months ago and it no longer works. Emailed customer service and alas no response.

Ordered a funky iron, arrived with info inside saying how much testing it goes through. Well it would not heat up. Phoned the telephone number who were not interested and told me to send email which I had already done. There is no phone number for the support team. They answered me 24 hrs later offering a pick up and replacement. Another 24 hrs later and a chasing email and nothing. If they haven't contacted me by tomorrow morning will ask for chargeback and take this further. Not good customer service.
An update received an email and I've been given two dates for the replacement I've chosen Saturday I will confirm later.
Update Friday 18th still trying to get confirmation my replacement iron will arrive Saturday. It takes them around 48 hours for more to come back to you, so I'm holding out no hope I'll receive it tomorrow. I've asked for details of the CEO wonder how long I will wait for that. Disgraceful service.

The ķettle looks great to start with...the filter came off virtually immediately..yesterday the kettle tripped the electrics of my whole house...I changed the fuse but the kettle died..its not that old but outside the warranty..for the price it should have lasted alot longer..it not used that much as I live alone so it's not as if it's constantly being used..very disappointed

Don't buy a toaster it lasted 16months and never toasted properly from day 1
Have to pop toast out and keep turning it around

Absolutely awful customer service. Brought a Kettle and Toaster from here and the Kettle broke within a few months. I contacted company by phone and email twice and they didn’t want to know.

Had kettle six months,was not a quick boil,was not quiet was ,poor quality,from loose switch to sloppy fitting stand,broke down after six months £65 what a waste of money
