First class
From the moment we walked into the showroom, the team were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They gave us plenty of time to walk around and explore the showroom at our own pace, and we never felt pressured at all. We actually left without purchasing anything at first because it was such a big decision to make.
Later on, we went online and spoke to Nikki, and from that point onwards I truly felt in safe hands. She guided me through the entire ordering process and accommodated my request for a fast delivery, which we really appreciated.
When Paul and Tom arrived with our new Monaco dining table, chairs, and lounge furniture, we were so glad we had paid for the white glove service. Watching them carefully assemble everything and deal with the huge number of boxes so effortlessly and professionally was impressive. They were such decent, hardworking people and couldn’t have been more helpful.
I honestly couldn’t fault the service from start to finish and would highly recommend Chimes. The customer service throughout was outstanding, and everyone involved couldn’t do enough for us.
A special thank you to Nikki, Paul, and Tom especially as it was an extremely hot day, yet they just cracked on with a smile and did a fantastic job. I know this sounds too good to be true but I genuinely can’t fault them !

First Class Service
I was kept updated every step of the way. As I was unavailable to accept the first date they accommodated my delivery to suit my needs. They did advise that the cover I ordered as additional would not be available until the end of June but assured me they would keep me informed of when it would arrive. The 2 men who delivered my furniture were polite and helpful. I love my new garden furniture and would highly recommend Chimes.

Brilliant company to buy from
Easy to order from this company. We did experience an hiccup when the delivery van broke down and didn’t get our order when expected however the company were excellent in communicating with us every step of the way until we did receive it. Chimes really are a fabulous company to buy from. Our ratten storage box is made to a high standard as our patio set we ordered last year. Will definitely order again

Ordered a glass mirror for my new home…
Ordered a glass mirror for my new home on the 31/3/2026. Not sure what date I received it. Open on the 6th May in my hew home only to find a crack . I bubbled wrapped and put fragile tape all over it . I know it was not me or the my removals. Chimes will not except my return for a exchange ,£219 down the drain so upset. Because it's a couple of days over in their terms and conditions. Won't he shopping with them again. awful customer care .

Thank you for your feedback. I can see the mirror was ordered on 30th March and delivered on 2nd April. Unfortunately, the damage was not reported until 7th May, which is outside our reporting timeframe for transit damage.
As the mirror had also been moved during a house move before being opened, we’re unable to determine whether the crack occurred during delivery or afterwards in transit/storage at the property.
We do understand this is disappointing, however we do have to follow our terms and conditions consistently for all customers.
