Chosenbyjessica Opiniones

I have bought a few things from Chosenbyjessica now which I have loved but sadly my latest purchase arrived damaged. The lamp base had a chip and the lampshade was dented. I emailed the company and Olivia came straight back offering a new lampshade (which was delivered the following day), and either a new lamp base or 20% off, which I opted for as the chip was at the back. These things happen and to my mind, it is how a company responds that set them apart from the rest and I cannot fault Olivia and ChosenbyJessica. Big thank you Olivia!

Stumbled across this website a week ago when looking to update my front room lamp - ended up buying a lamp and more! Such gorgeous sculptures and really fast, well packaged delivery. Had to return a jug due to not quite suiting the room but kept everything else. Ended up doing another order, in which I was sent an incorrect item - the team were so efficient in fixing it and really made the whole process seamless. I wasn't expecting the replacement to arrive so quick, and I am thrilled with it in my living room. Will absolutely be ordering from you again. Thank you so much!

I ordered three items on one order. They arrived in three separate boxes. The product is quite nice but unfortunately didn't work for us so I am having to return them. I am now faced with three lots of return costs. I appreciate they were ceramics and need careful packaging but at the very least a little note on the website to say ordering multiple items will result in multiple packages, and if items need to be returned then this will result in lots of return fees, would have been appreciated.

What a lovely company. I am over the moon with my vase which came packaged beautifully with a personal note too! The quality and service are amazing. Thank you so much ☺️

Fantastic business. I was a bit hesitant cause never heard of it before. But risked it and bought a lamp from them based on the reliability of the reviews.

Excellent Customer Service
I recently ordered a vase from ChosenbyJessica. It arrived promptly but on arrival there was a small chip. I spoke to Olivia in their Customer Service team and within the week they had sent a replacement and had collected the previous. It was all so quick, and professional and the items were beautiful. Would not hesitate to shop here again. A wonderful business.

Beautiful lamps. We have been searching for a while for stone lamps but a lot of them looked cheap. The lamps from Chosen By Jessica are the perfect neutral lamp. Really well made, well packaged and quick delivery. We loved the lamp so much, we brought another one! Lovely personal touch of a hand written thank you card.
Would definitely recommend - worth every penny!

My first delivery arrived today and I am thrilled with my chosen items. The stone lamps are beautiful and excellent quality, perfect for our lounge and the kitchen accessories are also excellent quality and give the kitchen a lift. The personal thank you card from Adam was a very thoughtful and appreciated touch. For me it shows I am a valued customer. I would highly recommend and I'll be back.
