Chroma Surveyors Ltd Opiniones

Tom and Tracey have been absolutely brilliant.
Excellent communication and a prompt service.
Highly recommend.

Keith and his team were extremely professional from start to finish and delivered a great result for us.

Prompt & good value. Handled our lease extension in conjunction with the Lease Extension Co, and I have to say it's made a daunting process much more manageable. Chroma could be relied upon to keep me informed and get things sorted swiftly. Thanks.

If you need a property valuation please allow me to introduce you to the Best! Keith Chapman-Burnett of Chroma Chartered Surveyors. We needed a valuation of the Freehold of a block of eleven flats in Bournemouth to enable the Leaseholders to acquire same. Keith was professional, displayed great negotiating skills and got the job done in double quick time going far beyond normal service. Couldn't have asked for a more supportive and efficient colleague to work with. Thank you Keith - absolutely no hesitation in recommending him to any property owners.

I didn't have any knowledge of this business, the relationship arose through recommendation & the experience has been superb & one I would highly recommend. The service has been conducted in a friendly, prompt & professional manner.

Chroma were recommended by a friend when we needed a survey done for a house purchase. Tracey was professional, helpful and quick to respond to our emails when we booked. Tom, the surveyor, produced a thorough report, was knowledgeable about the issues within the report, talked us through everything on the phone, and even went back to check something further. He went above and beyond and we would highly recommend Chroma.

Keith surveyed each flat and estimated its value. We the flat owners were informed of his estimate. Keith negotiated with the lease holder and got their counter offer down to his estimate saving the flat owners a considerable amount of money.
Excellent service.

I had a very positive experience working with Chroma Surveyors on the lease extension for my flat - a process I had not been involved in previously. Keith from the Christchurch office clearly explained his role in carrying out the initial valuation and negotiating the eventual premium with my landlord. Keith kept me informed throughout and responded quickly to my queries. He provided sound advice when required and also negotiated a worthwhile discount on the premium. Thank you Keith.

Chroma were helpful, diligent and friendly - we are purchasing our first home and Tracey has made the process easy, understandable and hassle-free. The Surveyors report was comprehensive and to a good level of detail enough for us to ensure we are making the right decision about purchasing the house.

We had an excellent experience with Chroma. Tracey was highly efficient in organising the survey and explaining which type would be most appropriate based on knowledge of the local area. The report was produced in a timely manner as promised. Our surveyor Rod was happy to discuss our report over the phone and provided helpful clarification of some more technical points which was most welcome, given our inexperience with purchases of this nature. Highly recommended.

I had a brilliant experience with Chroma Surveyors right from beginning to end. I initially received quotes from hundreds of surveyors all via automated emails. in contrast Tracey from Chroma had done research on the property I was buying and contacted me in a highly personalised manner. My survey report was very detailed and thorough and included pictures to help illustrate. Tom carried out my survey and he offered to speak via phone with me following the release of the report and was extremely helpful. Both Tracey and Tom were incredibly professional throughout and it was so refreshing to be able to speak to them on the phone to relieve any concerns. I pulled out of my sale due to some of the issues raised in the report and I can easily say that for my next purchase I will 100% be using Chroma, as well as recommending them to any friends/family! Thank you Tracey & Tom!

I would like to thank Mr Daniel from Croma Surveyor limited for taking time and explaining all my queries. He was very professional and helped me by providing details surrounding the valuation of my flat which he conducted 2 years back. I was very impressed by his approach and digging out information for me from his records almost immediately over a call.
I would always recommend anyone to take their services.

Daniel and the Chroma Surveyors team provided an excellent service throughout our dealings with them. They were particularly generous with the time they spent explaining the lease extension process we were undertaking from the initial stages right through to sign off. A very professional outfit!

Quick efficient service. Good price for report thank you

Efficient and courteous service. Able to offer a survey soon after our quote, and delivered their report quite quickly too.
Would recommend the option to have photographs included in the report. The report was helpfully laid out.

Really impressed with how quickly and professionally this has been managed. We arranged the survey last Friday for the following Tuesday and we have already received the report! Super speedy but very detailed as well. In the whole process of buying our house Chroma have given the best service out of everyone, I would 100% recommend them. Competitive prices and very helpful with any questions you have. The report was detailed and with photos (you have to pay extra for this) but everything was explained clearly on the report and enabled us to see things that we had previously missed or not thought about. Thank you to Tracey and also Tom :)

Daniel offered a professional level of service which was efficient and painless and it was a joy to be able to easily communicate and contact him. Someone I would definitely use again when extending another lease.

We wanted to extend our lease and Daniel provided a thorough and sound valuation in good time. He was professional throughout the process and offered advice to help us. It was his suggestion that we draft a letter to the Freeholder representative and his successful communication with said representative has helped us to reach agreement without having to go down the statutory route.

We would recommend him to others seeking a similar service.
