I like Chuchucherry
1) Very helpful and responding to my e-mails and quiries on time;
2) My order was delayed, but not a Chuchucherry fault. Nevertheless, the company was very appologetic and kept in touch with me.
3) The goods were delivered in good condition.

Hi there, We are so so sorry about the delay and we would like to apologise. As kpop stans ourselves we know how frustrating it can be when your album doesn't arrive on time. As a gift we sent out discount codes along with multiple email updates to keep our customers informed. ❤️ Huge apologies!
Everything came just fine!!!
