I have ordered from Chuchucherry twice now, and both times my order has arrived so fast, the packaging is always super cute. The option for photocard sorting is incredible, I have never seen anyone else offer the service. This is my number one place for anything K-Pop now. The website is gorgeous and it's so easy to order. Prices are so good, I picked up a No Labels album in a sale and it was such a bargain. Love being able to buy where I know I am supporting someone who truly cares about the music and the idols.

Delivery service was good

I've ordered from Chu Chu Cherry a couple of times now and I think they're brilliant. They offer a photocard sorting service which I haven't seen anywhere else, which makes it hassle free as I'm ordering for someone with a bias who appreciates it! it also removes the disappointment of getting a duplicate which is a fantastic idea. Their stock is not the biggest in terms of artists, but for the ones they do stock there's items I haven't seen anywhere else in the UK and you can tell they're passionate about what they sell. Stuff arrives well packed, and I even got a free photocard that was already in my cart, not sure if that's intentional or a coincidence but it was definitely a lovely touch! I also like that it's a local (to me at least) business and with another small store closing recently which is always sad to see, I really hope they continue and I'll keep supporting them when I can.

Love the quick shipping and delivery with options for photocard sorting! I’m so thankful I can purchase merch, that is not otherwise available, directly from a UK store without paying excessive fees! My favourite part is definitely seeing which freebies I will get, such a kind gesture!

I ordered a couple of albums from ChuChuCherry, and I'm pleased to say my experience was absolutely amazing. The team packed my order perfectly, and even sent a freebie which I am so grateful for. They responded swiftly to a query I had, and offer products at such great prices. Overall, an amazing experience and I am looking forward to supporting the business in future. Everything was packaged perfectly for safety on the trip to the U.S. There were regular updates on the progress of the order and, once shipped, everything arrived quickly!

Amazing people and services.
Order packed well.
And communication was on point

I can only speak on the one time I've ordered from chuchuberry for an xlov album preorder but everything was perfect! Delivery was super quick, and everything was in perfect condition. I appreciate postage packaging was layered cardboard rather than plastic bubblewrap as well!

Dispatch dates although were longer than big companies were made clear in the description. Once dispatched the parcel arrived quickly and well packaged with updates along the way
