When I received the item for Christmas is was broken. The insignia in the side of the cup had fallen out. Adhesive still attached to the cup.

They use the most slowest delivery method. Took about 3 weeks to get to me. Customer service was extremely slow to respond and wasn’t much help nor did they seem to care. Once I got the mug it was definitely smaller than expected and a few flaws. Has a few bad areas where wood dyes didn’t get on and rope is coming apart looking fringed and doesn’t sit level it wobbles . Definitely not worth the money or extreme time waiting for it to get delivered.

I ordered this as a gift for my partner as he was desperate to have one.

On first inspection when it arrived, it seemed impressive and well wrapped. However, when my partner went to use it, we noted that the silver insert doesn’t sit flush with the actual wooden part. As a result you catch your lips on it! Which isn’t pleasant and makes it uncomfortable to drink from, and means that he has to drink it from a particular side which is daft.

The inbox circle on the front of the Chugg, also doesn’t sit straight. It’s off centre and looks like it’s been poorly put together.

Very disappointing for the price and the fact they push this whole handmade quality product when it evidently doesn’t have quite so much attention paid to it. Won’t be buying again.

Took abit of time to come but it was the rush upto Christmas so I cant blame them for that. I personally think the chuugs are brilliant. I brought 2, one for me and one for a family member as a Christmas present. Keep the drink nice and cold and is comfortable to hold. Havent had a hot drink in it yet, but we'll see.

The customer service that ive received is also top notch also.

Seems like they over promise under deliver

The cup and the quality are great and looks amazing. The only problem we are finding is taking out the silver insert to wash it. We struggled to get it out the first couple times and now we can’t get it out at all, even after making sure to to screw in too tight. Something maybe off with the threading?

The rope holds bacteria and the engraved badge is generic and cheap AF. Would NOT buy again. Rather drink from a red solo cup.

Had it 1 week and it's already tarnishing. Makes beer tastes like metal.

Great looking mug and high quality. I ordered 12/10 and received after Christmas. I get this time of the year is high volume shipping but was disappointed that it arrived late.

Very happy with product and service delivery

I know have 6 tankards for my family when they come to visit. Will be adding 3 more for grandkids in time. Luv the version 3. A little taller and thinner makes it easier to drink and think it actually keeps it cooler. last 4 were rushed to me and arrived just in time for Xmas celebrations.

Ordered 3 tankards as gifts. Website said that they would be sent by 48 hour tracked postage. After I had paid, the confirmation email said the expected delivery was after the date I needed so I emailed immediately to cancel the order. 1 week later, after I had received a dispatch notice I got a reply saying that it was too late to do anything now as they were already sent and they had been personalised. When they eventually arrived, I was disappointed with the quality of the product. The 'coins' inserted in to the wood are plastic and the letters on the personalised 'coins' are not well printed and look pixelated. The stainless steel insert does not fit evenly around the rim of the wooden tankard and one of the inserts was covered in glue. Considering the price, I was expecting a better build quality and quality control.

The mugs are high quality and hold their temperature really well. I ran into a problem with the wood cracking on one of the 2 mugs I ordered and I was not only sent a replacement but Grace was nice enough to send an additional V 3.0 mug for me to check out. Their product is 100% worth the price, and their customer service is even better!

Items broken both the glue come away rendering the items not usable not happy with the product as they are expensive

The best mug iv perched my lips to in a long time. Every beverage I have is changed to a nectar of the god by this manly handful. With it being a beautiful piece just like myself! it's also holds a cold temperature to maximise beverage efficiency. Cleaning is easy as screw clean and rescrew. This Is a great present for bros in arms. As my bros will tell you. If you haven't bought one already I suggest you get one. Be better! be more! be part of the CHUUG family
