Beautiful bespoke gift
Beautiful bespoke gift for my husband. Well made and very easy to order. Arrived within a few days of ordering too. I noticed that some people complained about the handles not being big enough for large hands. I can confirm that this is nonsense as my fella is 6ft 6 and has hands like shovels and manages perfectly fine.

What a great ‘chuuging’ company
Bought a new version Chuug mug. Very minor issue that they sorted out quickly, perfect customer care. In fact went above and beyond which was surprising and refreshing.
Love the Chuug , use is all the time already . Great company

I'm pretty disappointed
I'm pretty disappointed. I paid to have some mugs monogrammed for Christmas gifts. The letter on one of them is embarrassingly off kilter. Neither letter looks like it's well set into the mug. I almost don't want to give it, but I paid enough that I feel like I need to.

Almost perfect
Very well made, fits perfect in my large hands. Unfortunately the metal cup became stuck (vacuumed locked?) in the tankard after the second time cleaning it. I took me two days and some padded pliers to get it unstuck. (also stuck it in the freezer and warmed the outside) This was a real struggle, my hands were damaged in the military so my grip strength is not great. Maybe add a small channel to the inside of the tankard to let the air escape? I have decided to just leave the metal cup in the tankard and hand clean it when necessary. Almost perfect.

Great product. Now my son & I have matching mugs for a cold one after a hot, hard days work. I couldn't fault the workmanship and the fact that it arrived from halfway around the world in such a timely manner is fantastic.

Great product and even better customer service
Great product and even better communication and customer service. My tankard had issues and the insert would no longer screw in and it was too tight to remove or install. Messaged the company and told them my issues and sent some videos and pictures of the issue and they replaced my tankard for free. Very fast delivery. Great product and they believe in their product. Will order more for sure.

Item appears to have missed any quality control
Item appears to have missed any quality control. Does not sit flush in the mug. First use, glue attaching the inner thermos to the wood shell came unattached resulting in being covered in drink, and smacked in the nose with the metal. Given the only message about the production of the cup was it passing QC, really disappointed.

Finally the opportunity to publicly acknowledge that this company is the worst company on earth.
So let’s start.
#1 When you charge someone EXPRESS SHIPPING for close to $15.00, and it takes over 32 days to deliver, it’s NOT EXPRESS SHIPPING.
Example.
3 days to glue medallion.
4 days for the handle to be installed.
Mug processing took close to 2 weeks.
Then you receive an email stating the process stalled due to internal stupidity, that’s what i call it.
Email after email i have received just reassured me that the owner doesn’t care about its customers.
Ordered on 12/23/2025.
Told i would receive it on or about 1/27/2026
I’ve ordered many items throughout my life from places all over the world.
And NEVER have i waited this long for anything.
Let talk about TRACKING.
Pathetic.
You click on the tracking number only to be sent to a different site and even these bozo’s don’t know what they’re doing.
And by the way, you send me this to review the product when I STILL Haven’t received it.
Again, pathetic.
Re-structure rules and policies to reflect what the public wants, not your bottom dollar.
If and when i do receive this mug, shooting practice will resume.

Stuck insert, amazing service!
The mug is awesome! Unfortunately my insert was stuck and wouldn’t come out. I contacted chuug and sent some pics and they are replacing it! Bad ass product with superb customer service!
