Terrible company. The clothes are advertised in a way to look high quality and the price to reflect it however what actually arrives is very cheap material which does not present like it does in advertised photos.
Not to mention the ridiculous amount of time they take to arrive. The package came so many weeks later that I had forgot I even bought it. It also arrived with the packaging ripped apart and poorly sellotaped back together.

But the worst part about this company is their scam of a returns process. They do everything in their power to make it cost you more to return clothing than it would to keep it. They charge ridiculous fees and shipping costs and try encourage you to not return items by offering discounts instead for next purchase.

Absolutely terrible company that should not be allowed to trade in the UK. I have reported to trading standards.

I received my order after 5 weeks, chasing them for an update almost everyday as the link that was telling where the parcel is was invalid.
After receiving my order the item was completely different from the pictures. I proceeded with a refund where I found out that they can only refund a small procentaje of the purchase price and also have to pay a ‘management fee’
Will never ever buy anything from them.

Avoid buying anything from them. This is a dropshipping company, sending poor quality items from China. My parcel arrived much later than expected, I had missing items and damaged package. Customer service is aweful, they just stopped replying to my me at all. They also have 15% restocking fee if you want to return Items, basically doing everything they can to make it pointless for customers to return poor quality items. In my case I end up not receiving all of my items. Avoid it at all costs!!!

These guys are the biggest scam artists. I ordered a hat from them Feb 25. Feb 27 they send an email saying the item is out of stock...and would I like to choose another item instead. I request a full refund from them. Feb 28 they say the refund will appear in 1-7 days. No refund appears. Instead, an entirely different hat arrives in the post April 7th, SIX WEEKS after the order was made.

Now they are charging me 31.95 euro to buy the shipping label, THEN they are taking an additional 15% off the refund. It will literally cost me more to send the hat back (it's not even the right hat AND I requested a refund before they shipped it) than the item cost to purchase. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

These guys are taking the piss!!!!!
I have ordered a pair of jeans and when they arrived l realised that they are too small (considering l ordered them in Large) and also they look nothing like the original product on the photo.

I asked through their support for the return label and l was told that l need to pay 15% handling fee.

Having said that, the pair of jeans cost me £34 and the return label costs £28.

So actually they make profit out of me for a product that appeared poor quality, misleading and l do not want to keep!!!

Please read the reviews before you order from them as they are big time scumbags!

No legitimate bussiness will require you to pay for the return label and that's why the return proceess is not available in public in the first place so they can entrap you!!!!

Scam! When I tried to return the product, Lisa from Customer Care insisted I buy a £30 shipping label—non-negotiable. The product didn’t look like the picture, the size was inaccurate, and delivery took a month. Avoid at all costs!

Cheaters, liars stole my money ! Avoid at all cost product is from china not fitted Stitches out ripped and absolutely wrong product !

Firstly the dress tool one month to arrive! The dress was the incorrect size! And does not look like the photos.
Tried to return and the offer was 10% off the dress and 10% off future purchase.
Or I pay £26 to print off the label to return and then they take 15% handling free….. so would end up without about £3!!
Terrible dress and the worst returns policy.
Urge everyone not to buy! False advertising and just scammers.

Scam stay away.
The clothes do not look at all like the pictures. You have to pay to return an item.

When purchasing they give you an impression that you will have the product within 3-5 working days. Obviously only them know that won't happen . about 2 weeks later they send you a pretend email that they have had problems with their deliveries and will resume later that week .You cannot even track the order. It then takes another 2-3 weeks to get your order and when it arrives. It's the worst quality,nothing like the photos on their website and you need to ask for permission to return the goods for a refund which is diabolical.

There should be an option for a massive 0 and huge banner stating STAY AWAY FRAUDULENT SCAMMERS REGULATOR PAY ATTENTION!!! This company is consciously taking people’s money. Not delivering products. Customer service is a constant stream of the same copied and pasted email. NO COMPLAINTS policy. How they are still operating is a question. Note the regulator is aware given breach to multiple duties retail organisations must adhere too. I would stress STAY AWAY. For those who have unfortunately ended up in my situation get your bank to clawback the money. Write to the regulator and keep hold of all correspondence.

The worst site ever !! Ordered from this site whoch informs you your order will be there in 7 days 5 weeks later outside returns time Missing one package falsely telling you it was sent and sends you a screen shot of a different tracker with the missing items attached .Over a week of emails every day asking for a return address which they either dont know themsleves or just dont want to gove out.
Then when you look for a chargeback there asking you to cancel it!

I wish I had read the reviews before I placed my order. I spent around £64 on two dresses (same style just two different sizes) that looked beautiful on Instagram. A deep chocolate brown beautifully cut dress was what I thought I was ordering. What arrived was nothing like the image, so much so that I thought obviously there has been an error and they have sent me the wrong item (it was a different style, PURPLE material and certainly was not worth what I paid). When I contacted customer services to inform them that they sent the wrong items they replied saying that they were sorry the dress wasn’t the colour I expected and they do their best to ensure that product images reflect the items fairly but the appearance can be impacted by lighting conditions and screen settings on devices. All I could do was laugh at this. But sure, it must have been the “lighting” that made me believe that a dress described as being “cacao brown” would be brown not vibrant pink/purple :)
Of course I declined the offer to return at my own expense plus 15% service fee deducted because who has time and energy for such a diminished return. As I said, I just laughed it off as a lesson learned for silly old me not to buy something from instagram. However I’ve taken the time to write this review in hopes that it may stop somebody who is more financially vulnerable from wasting their money. For many people, £64 is a lot to just write off as a lesson learned.

A got Scam to buy this brand I bought my dress and it was never delivered. It’s more than one month now. I’ve been asking them for a refund. They keep asking me to check my bank statement.

Unfortunately I fell for this scam, I wish I had read the reviews first.

This company is based in the Netherlands, if you find that their practice of selling miss described and faulty items then expecting you to return, pay for postage, pay for customs to a Chinese warehouse unacceptable report them to
consuwijzer nl Netherlands.

They advertise items that look good quality then send really cheap clothing, poor / missing stitching, cheap fabric , no labels (I suspect maybe they send these items across different company names) no tags etc.

Then when you ask for a refund they want you pay postage and only offer partial refunds.

Essentially they know their items are bad so they are just making money off returns postage and the money they keep from partial refunds or they hope you can’t be bothered to return at all.

Why does a ‘legitimate’ business use photos from another website to sell items that are poor dupes and not what has been photographed?

This is fraudulent and customers are buying your product expecting them to look a certain way but they aren’t the same just really poor replicas of other companies designs.

The dress I ordered I later found the same photos with reverse search on the original designers website. I understand company’s make dupes but you are using images that depict the high quality item and not the ones you send out. That is not how a legitimate business is run.

Also under your own policy refund should be easy but looking at the reviews you are refusing to give people their refunds in full, that is also not legitimate. I will be taking this further if I do not receive my refund.

This company actively engages in defrauding customers as they know their products are faulty but hide behind their refund policy.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Cielo Fiora has been an absolute nightmare and I feel compelled to warn others before they waste their money.

I placed an order (UK1828) on 18 January, expecting to receive high-quality clothing that matched the beautiful images on their website. What I actually received was cheap, low-quality items that looked nothing like what was advertised. The materials were completely different and the overall quality was appalling.

To make matters worse, two of the items I ordered never even arrived. At first, the company admitted that they were missing and promised a refund, only to later change their story and claim that one was still in transit – weeks after my order was placed. Their lack of consistency and honesty is shocking.

I immediately contacted customer service to request a full refund, as I am entitled to under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which states that if an item is not as described, the seller must provide a full refund, including return shipping. Instead of doing the right thing, Cielo Fiora refused to cover return postage, expecting me to pay even more money to send back their falsely advertised products. They even tried to offer me a measly 10% refund to keep the awful items—a clear sign that they know their products are rubbish.

Their so-called “return policy” is a joke. Company policies mean nothing when the company itself is engaging in false advertising. This isn’t about a simple return; this is about a business that is actively misleading customers and refusing to take responsibility.

I have since escalated this issue by filing a formal complaint with consumer protection agencies and initiating a chargeback with my bank. I will not allow this company to scam me out of my money and I strongly advise everyone to stay far away from them.

If you value your money, your time and your sanity, DO NOT BUY from Cielo Fiora.

Sent me a cheap copy of the the dress they were advertising and refused to refund me.
