I followed instructions on how to import and update products…
I followed instructions on how to update my products and instead it duplicated them. The UNDO/Delete last upload function does NOT work. Now I am paralyzed. And my support person ghosted me.

Product not fit for purpose, Fails to perform the most basic functions without glitches, Customer service is non existent, took over 3 months to receive an email reply for an issue raised asking for screen shots of the issue.

This is the worst system I ever worked on. Not intuitive at all, customer service barely resolve issues and tickets raised. Every time I check my sales orders prices keep changing and returning to original, discounts do not work. It stops working and it is difficult to navigate.

This company is the worst! We signed on with them to utilize their inventory management system and integrate with Amazon, our websites, and other marketplaces we sell on. There have been countless roadblocks and issues that their systems team couldn't figure out and took not weeks but months to respond and when they did it was generally not helpful...
We're now over a year in, having paid over $27K to date and have a half baked product. One of the biggest reasons we signed up with Cin7 was for their claimed "FIFO" (First In First Out) Inventory accounting. After months of my development team getting the run around, as the VP I had to step in and finally got a US Team Leader to take some sort of responsibility. Now months later they send us this weak response with NO ETA to resolve...
"This problem has been raised as a systemic issue with the handling of certain API connections, in this case including Amazon. We have discovered that this is affecting several customers and has been bundled into a System Wide trouble. Our engineers will continue to work to resolve this.
Regrettably, we do not have an ETA for resolution, though please be assured that this is considered an incredibly high priority issue. As updates for this issue will largely be internal between engineers, I will provide weekly updates on the status until this is resolved, or immediately upon significant updates, whichever comes first. "
We're now in a very bad position having spent this amount of money on top of developer time and resources to implement Cin7 with nothing to show for it. We're now forced to go back to square one and look into alternatives, and spend additional funds and allocate more internal resources to implement. Such an unprofessional company that clearly does not care that we have a business to run and that their software does not do what it says it will and they have ZERO sense of urgency to resolve issues. Highly DO NOT recommend to anyone.

Good software... but since their acquisition by Cin7, their customer support is absolutely terrible... you cannot get through to anyone... if you are fortunate to on chat, they are apathetic and unhelpful and pass the problem onto the platform that they integrate with... if you get a response from email it's after many days...
They just simply don't care about their customers... definitely one to avoid
Very happy with the program!
We have used the program for several years and we are very happy. We have tried other products before but with Orderhive we are very good. The settings and integrations are seamless. Very easy to use and technical assistance is immediate! We recommend the product 100%. Good job!
I cannot believe how bad this…
I cannot believe how bad this experience has been.
If you are thinking of using Cin7, DON'T. The sales team were great, then the company got acquired and everything has gone downhill. No reply on tickets for literal weeks. Support chat promised me they would chase it personally, nothing has come of it. We have simply had to stop paying our subscription.
What a nosedive this company has taken. All the good people from our initial onboarding have left the company, clearly some very poor leadership decisions have been made.
Trusting Cin7 will burn your business to the ground. Do not do it.
Losing me thousands a day
It has been over 2 weeks since Cin7 succesfully made a connection with our Shipstation account. I have requested help every single day and have been assured it was being escalated. It was not in fact escalated until I called once an hour for 2 days. We have over 3,000 sales orders that I am unable to push through to Shipstation for my fulfillment center to fulfill. They are quite literally costing me thousands of dollars a day and losing me customers left and right.
I am absolutely horrified at how horrible their customer service is. They truly do not give care about you after you onboard. 100000% never use this company.

Terrible company who doesn't perform as stated. Their system is full of bugs, does not work properly with shopify and is a waste of time and money. Run!
Great customer service
Save your time and money - Avoid
The system itself is OK but as soon as you encounter any difficulty, you are on your own.
Onboarding was great as others have said but once you're actually set up that's when you really need support and it is genuinely terrible. The chat function is never available, the tickets remain unanswered for weeks and then just disappear without resolution.
It's a huge undertaking to implement a new system and I really wish I hadn't ever heard of Cin7. Avoid at all costs

• Features are released that aren't fit for purpose eg B2B website.
• The customer support is the worst we have ever experienced.
• Increased the subscription by nearly $100 per month!! after only a year
This company has no respect for it's customers. If you have a very simple warehouse operation then this overpriced software might work for you, If you need more advanced features eg BOM's, multiple sales channels or just want good customer service then stay away.
Is it a product of a pile of bugs?
Whole lot of good features but nothing really works!!
We tried to move to Orderhive about 6 months ago but this product is atrocious and the customer service is beyond appalling, and are still trying to figure out if there is any hope of moving onto the platform.
It isn't a single problem but there are literally hundreds of problems with this product if you want to use it for actually running a business. Almost seems like a front end developed just to demo some test products and test orders while it breaks down at every step of the way if you actually start using it with a real business.
Simple things like 2-way sync with Shopify or Amazon do not work eg order shipped out from Shopify does not sync on the platform and show as shipped out automatically.
The tech team promises to fix it and then say they have solved the problem while no one from their end has tested it. Even the most basic testing would show that not even a single order gets synced.
The team have done a good job at listing out potential features customers might like and integrated them but the problem is that when you start using them, nothing actually works.
Moreover, their customer service team (both chat based as well as representative on slack) completely vanishes and does not respond to questions for upto a week.
