Cin7 Go-Live

The support and guidance I have received from Cin7, particularly Nathasha Samooshi, has been excellent. She has gone the extra mile to make sure that we have had the support we needed during our go-live. Natasha is an excellent ambassador for Cin7!

Cin7 business streamlining

Bringing Cin7 into our business has helped streamline our operations while syncing our eCommerce platforms with our inventory management software.

Our On-Boarding trainer (Umang) was a fantastic help in getting everything working as it should before we went live with the product. Thanks very much.

Cin7 has been a great system to work with. The support team is very responsive and helpful whenever issues come up. Overall, it has been a positive experience and a useful platform for managing inventory and operations.

We are very happy we chose Cin7 as our system. It does everything we need and is easy to use. The catch up with the Solutions Architect is fantastic and getting the recordings to look back on is really helpful.
The meeting today was very helpful.

Poor tech experience

It looks like my original review got removed, so I am reviewing again, Cin7 Core (A.K.A dear system) tech support is really bad. They give you a "simple fix" which you can obviously find on their help section, but when that doesn't work they take weeks to get it fix, and at the end of it comes back to you and say "this is the limitations of our software".

Just recently, had an integration issue, which I even sent them a video recording the issue, waited for 4 days from this guy Iman only to tell me something I already knew, replied to him and waited 2 days yet still not reply.

To be honest, if you can find another reliable tech support inventory software even if they do not have as much capabilities but they provide way better support I say go for it. Don't be locked into Cin7 by setting up an account making it difficult to move away when issues rise up.

I enjoyed my session with Setu, on the Solutions Architect team. He has worked with the company for a long time and knew exactly who to get me in touch with and what questions to ask. I look forward to working with him on sizing up our operations.

Monika Harlalka is excellent

Monika Harlalka is excellent! She helped me through the onboarding process and through any issues that arose as I'm learning this software. She is knowledgeable and takes the time with you to determine the best solution for your business. I highly recommend working with her and Cin7. It has been a good experience and the support has been available throughout. They are quite responsive.

I had a schedule call with Setu, one of the solutions architect members and we got into more detail uses of CIN7 and the call went excellent, Setu was very attentive to my business needs and answered all my questions and concerns,

We got introduced to Cin7 Core last…

We got introduced to Cin7 Core last November when I signed up as Operations Manager for this job, I need to find a suitable ERP system to be implemented to complete the supply chain management. I have never regretted the choice I made and our small team are very happy about the easy to use, out from the box softwares with loads of expanding possibility.
Our onboard specialist is Dawn Martenstyne, we are lucky to have her because she worked with the customer who's distributing the same branded product as but in another region, which helps heaps to speed up our setup process.
Dawn also demonstrated a lot of integrations and functions we could implement in 6 months or more usage of Cin7 Core that could benefit our operations and improve efficiencies, we really lookforward to that too!
Over all, Cin7 Core is a well established ERP system which is suitbale for small to medium enterprises with big potentials to grow!

Cancellation requires a forced sales call – unacceptable practice. Also: customer service is abysmal

We decided to cancel Cin7 after paying roughly $10,000 per year for the software.
The problem is not the cancellation itself, but the process. Cin7 attempted to force a call as a prerequisite to cancelling the subscription, despite clear written notice from the business owner and final decision-maker. This feels like a retention tactic designed to create friction and delay rather than a legitimate contractual requirement.
As a business customer, my time is valuable. Requiring a call after a clear written cancellation request is unnecessary, disrespectful, and borderline abusive. A decision to cancel is final; a call does not change that.
If you are considering Cin7, be aware that offboarding is not frictionless and may involve pressure tactics at the end of the relationship. Software vendors should be judged not only by how they onboard customers, but by how they let them leave.
